It’s location and it was not expensive to stay one night
No outside window and the showering facilities were a bit basic

Room had no window, room was not ready when we arrived.
The location is good and if you are planning to have a peaceful night better to stay away coz it is very close to the clubs . The service is very poor ! I usually don’t like to comments bad but it is good for their improvement and others to be aware . Salaam

Le réceptionniste était mal poli… On nous a donné la mauvaise chambre et après on a bataillé pour avoir la chambre qu’on avait payé. En plus de ça ils voulaient nous scam par rapport à un drap tâché. Je laisse 2 étoiles seulement parce que la jeune réceptionniste était aimable et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages à la réception, contrairement à son collègue…
Well, it’s in the middle of old quarter and our room is in the inner part so it’s quiet and peaceful

We checked in, paid immediately by cash and the receptionist said they did not have small money to return, then they said they did not have enough money for full returning, so just accepted it. The value things as hotel said need to leave in safety box however we could not use because it did not work even the staffs already came and tried. Staffs said we should not be worried, no stolen was there. But if our value things lost, who would be responsible? Bath towel was torn, how could hotel provide a torn towel to customers? Fridge was unstable on the surface (or we should be the one who check it before using?!) that occurred our coca spilled on the floor and we must clean what we had the nearest, hand towel. And hotel charged 100.000vnd for the hand towel, how it is possible!!!
The location is perfect and the staff is lovely
Great location and extremely friendly staff, the aircon was cold and the rooms had everything you needed, would stay here again :)
The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Anna was friendly and gave great recommendations. I would definitively stay here again. The 24 hour check-in was also very useful.
No negative remarks
Nightly visitors unasked for in the room. Checkout was also uncomfortable
