Praktisches, komfortables Hotel an guter Lage für Durchreisende, auch Radfahrer.
Pros:

Gut organisiertes Businesshotel. Nettes Personal, netter, hilfsbereiter Chef. Gute Lage für den Besuch in Soave. Grosses Zimmer, gut ausgerüstet. Sehr grosses, bequemes Bett. Sicherer Standort für unsere e-Bikes in der Garage.

Cons:

Zimmer-Dekor und Möblierung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirken etwas veraltet. Aus Sicht der Nachhaltigkeit natürlich weiterhin gut benutzbar. Frühstück eher etwas einfach, insbesondere was Müesli/Früchte/Beeren/Brot betrifft, … sehr italienisch halt.

Sehr bequeme, gute Betten. Schönes Zimmer, wertige Ausstattung.

Cons:

Wir konnten kaum schlafen, da im Park nebenan ein Dorffest stattgefunden hat mit extrem laute Musik DJ House Music. Hotel hat im Voraus oder bei Ankunft nicht darüber informiert und konnte auch nicht unterstützen zum Beispiel mit Ohrstöpsel. mittelmässiges Frühstück, Qualität der Produkte eher bescheiden, Kaffee aus der Maschine, ein Standard, den wir in Italien von einem Viersternehotel nicht gewohnt sind.

Adequate but charmless
Pros:

Location within short walk of old city. Everything modern, clean and worked.
Very accommodating staff. Good aircon.
Good value for money.

Cons:

Absence of clear signage, entrance and access hidden. Advertised free parking so limited only real option is their underground garage for €8 — fair value but still a surprise. Overall bland atmosphere. 10 am Checkout time identical to end of breakfast service and antisocially early. Lift did not service the underground car park.

Très beau séjour, hotel confortable, calme et très bien placé
Pros:

On a beaucoup aimé la proximité de la vieille ville, la propreté, la chambre, le petit déjeuner.
Personnel accueillant. Très bon séjour !

The room was full of ants. When we informed the staff, they just gave us some powder to sprinkle ourselves. We were staying with a child—it was an absolute nightmare.
