An incredible view and lovely facilities!

Decent little chalet - clean with basic amenities. A but musty, recommend a dehumidifier! Not well placed for anyone without a vehicle and cabs are pricey so make sure you book an excursion to get around. Staff were pleasant and breakfast at the restaurant was good. Would stay here again.

Great stay. Had the large balcony all to ourselves. Great views and a perfect spot for a romantic get away. Although we plan to also go back with the kids some time. The mini golf was super fun. Loved everything.

Sadly we were unable to stay at this property as the room we had been allocated was only accessible via very steep streets, pathways and many stairs. When we explained we had an elderly parent with us who relied on a walker and could they change the unit we were shown two other options that were equally unsafe for a person with mobility issues. There was nowhere that said this accommodation was on a steep hill. We asked for a refund, even going to say that we would accept one night rather than the full amount and this was refused because of policy. We arrived at the accommodation and they were unable to provide a room fit for service, so I beleive their stance on this situation was extremely poor.
We must however compliment Ashley, she did her very best to help us, she did try to contact the manager, but he did not pick up and he has not made any effort to contact us since.

Great place to stay

Good value for money and very clean and comfortable

We clearly booked a twin room with two single beds, but on the morning of our check-in day, the hotel called us and said they had not been informed by Expedia and that we would be charged an extra $15. If that was the case, why give us the option to choose it at the time of booking?

That part was quite disappointing, but aside from this, the hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the view was great.

The views due to it being terraced and the length of the room rather than being a big square. Yeah this place is great. Would definately stay there again.

Beautiful and tranquil location. Lots of native trees and bush and sounds of native birds all day. Great view to the sea. Room was lovely very clean and bright and had all you needed for a couple days stay.

Friendly staff. Nice ocean view, quiet place and nice bed. They just forgot to empty the rubbish bin from the bathroom before we check in.

Great stay and facilities

I had a fantastic stay. The view was beautiful, the room was comfortable, and it was so close to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Too many steps

Lovely apartment, beautiful view. Did not realise how many stairs we would have to drag the bags up and down. One bed was great, the other so soft it seemed broken. I’m sure the restaurant and view would be amazing however we went in winter and it was only open on the Saturday.
