La Selva Premium Hotel

Good location and hospitality.

This was one of the most friendly experience we’ve ever had. We traveled to Hanoi and stayed at La Selva Premium and it was great! Staff is super colaborative, friendly and really thinking on how to make your stay better.
Everyday we had fresh fruits in our room, some snacks as well. Team would go above and beyond and gave us the best tips on where to eat and how to go to places in Hanoi.
The hotel is in the middle of Hanoi’s Old Town; which was perfect and allowed us to do almost everything by just walking, I don’t think you can be better located than that.
If you are choosing a hotel to stay in Hanoi, we definitely recommend it!

There were 8 of us in the group and it was a unanimous vote that this hotel was the best. The staff was so friendly, respectful, helpful, accommodating, courteous. I don't have enough adjectives to describe them. The hot breakfast buffet was always good & perfect start for your day. The room was smaller than I had envisioned, but perfect for 2. The location is also excellent. In the middle of the Old Quarters, so you're literally there!!! You can walk to all the attractions, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Shopping was the best part. Everything was so much cheaper there than anywhere ekse in the country for the same merchandise, and we traveked almost the entire country.

Loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming. Rooms were very clean. In a great location.

Es war, als träumte man einen Alptraum mit offenen Augen: Ein Aufenthalt, der sich nur als eine Ode an den Verfall beschreiben lässt. Schlaf ist hier ein scheues Reh, das man niemals zu fassen bekommt – stattdessen wartet ein nächtliches Konzert aus knarrenden Dielen und flüsterndem Unrat. Das Haus selbst – ein Schatten vergangener Tage, heruntergekommen wie ein Gemälde, das man im Regen vergaß.

Das Personal? Ach, eine Tragödie in Menschengestalt, die Kunst der Gastfreundschaft so fremd wie die Sterne am Firmament. Nie wieder, schwöre ich! Wer Augenringe wie tiefe Schluchten sucht und den Zauber des Unbehagens in vollen Zügen genießen möchte, der wird hier sein Paradies finden. Allen anderen aber sei geraten: Meidet diesen Ort wie ein Schiff den Sturm.

My partner and I recently stayed at La Selva Premium, and I must say, the hospitality was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm from the staff, making me feel instantly welcomed and valued as a guest. We were upgraded to a balcony suite and it was everything.

The property itself is very close to the old quarters and is walkable to every shop.

This is my 3rd stay at this great property. As it's pet friendly, the staff are amazing, and the beds are super comfy, I won't stay anywhere else when in Hanoi. Plus it's really close to Hoan Kiem Lake and a buffet breakfast is inclusive.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and we received very warm, kind and considerate service from all staff. The location is fantastic - near many attractions and nice street foods. The room is stylish and clean. We cannot ask for more for a hotel. Highly recommend it to everyone who wants a good memory in Hanoi.

We really enjoyed our stays here. We extended several times directly with the hotel around our trips to Sapa and Ninh Binh. The staff were lovely and really made our experience here. The rooms we opted for were the double with and without window, which were larger than most in Hanoi of the same categories. The hotel is situated in a good location and I would stay here again as it was good value for money too

Highly recommend. All the wonderful staff treated us like family. They booked our tours and transport and kept us updated on eta. They also checked in with us to make sure we had made the connections. The tours they booked for us were of a high standard and very enjoyable. Welcomed us back from our tour and were very interested in our experience. Rooms are a high standard as well as a fantastic breakfast with everything you would expect. We had an exceptional stay, thank you!

We loved our stay here. Very friendly and helpful . The staff were very helpful in organising our days and extra tours. They gave great recommendations for food and things to see. They made a very enjoyable stay and very courteous. Highly recommend. A , we will be back

Great property for the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

Would be an excellent property if they sorted out the hot water issue. Really difficult to get a constant temperature in the shower. You spend more time trying to stop the water from being scalding hot or freezing cold. I stayed in 3 different rooms, which all had the same problem.
Other than issue, the place and staff are excellent.
