Not good enough
Pros:

The room was a very generous size lots of space

Couldn’t make a hot chocolate even when asked
Lost power 3 times very hot in room
Staff not very welcoming
We actually cut our stay there short

Not a good experience at all.
Pros:

The flexibility for early check in. Allocate room for the whole family in the same floor.

Cons:

The bed mattress was very poor quality. My partner and I have back pain. Accusing guests and charging them for making the bedsheet dirty, seemed like a scam. Only one small lift for the whole 8 story building. Staff did not greet in the morning. No signs of hospitaility

Clean and comfy but loud at night
Pros:

Hotel was lovely and clean and in a good location. Room was very spacious and a comfy bed. Only down fall was the hotel is near a main road and the noise from the motor bikes throughout the night was rather disturbing. Would recommend though!
