The location was great.
The bathroom floor was filthy. The sheets were dingy white. Appeared old and needs to be updated.
The spacious rooms
The shower/tub was peeling, there was an earring left from the last person on the ground, dirty/dingy towels, bed sheets, dirty & unclean remote, toilet, tub, light fixtures, knobs. There were a bunch of crumbs on the counter by the bed. Dirty carpet. This whole room was not cleaned.
Everything was great. Absolutely loved the hotel and service. The staff was amazing!!!

How will the representative at the front was this is my first time booking through booking.com and I was totally confused. I thought I completely pay for the room but the way that the person described it to me was very rude and nasty and I just didn’t understand.
Not even a bottle of water was in the room for guests. Well, I left 6 for them.
Place was super clean.
Eggs at breakfast were not so good.

The staff are unprofessional and not friendly. The rooms and hallway have a certain horrible smell. The room including the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Don’t recommend this hotel. They don’t care for your comfort.
