המלון יפה החדרים יפים מחופים באבן בזלת שחורה. מיקום מעולה על קו המים של הכנרת. בכלל טבריה מיוחדת ויפה יש המון מסלולי טיולים מסביב . אנחנו נחזור.

Horrific night at a hotel

Cons:

Nothing at all. When I got to the place price changed to almost double what booking.com quoted. The room was dirty. Floor not clean. Walls not clean. Bed was bed and I could not sleep. My back was hurting all night . Tried to change position then the power sockets had the fridge wire and phone wires sticking out hitting my head. Fridge made noises all night and it is actually touching the bed. Horrible night. Got out of there more tired then entered. Horrific experience. I demand my money back. If not I will go further.

Стиль, дизайн и история места. 50 м до воды, хоть выход пляж и не оборудован, можно обойти 100м левее и выйти к воде.

Cons:

Немного пыльно в номере. К вечеру поднимается сильный ветер - возможно в нем причина.

احببت البناء القديم والمنطقة الرائعة ...واحببت النوظفين كانو لبقين ورائعين ....وخدمتهم ممتازة

يحتاج الى بعض التصليحات ..باب مكسور طاولة تحتاج الى تجديد ...يحتاج للتدقيق للنظافة اكثر ....ولكن بشكل عام مقبول جدا

בסוף בתמורה לכסף זה אחלה מלון.
Pros:

1.יחס מחיר למה שמקבלים. בסופו של יום זה מלון לא יקר.
2.מיטה נוחה מאד - היה מאד מפתיע כי גם במלונות יוקרה אתה יכול ליפול על מיטות רכות.
3.ארוחת בוקר - היה סבירה ואישית/ביתית. למלון יש אויירה אישית כי הוא קטן. ארוחת בוקר טריה, פשוטה וטובה על הנוף.
4.נוף מהחדר

Cons:

1. לנו היה סיפור עם הטלויזיה. ואחרי בירור קצר מסתבר שלא רק לנו.
הצוות היה מאד נחמד אבל לא היה לו מה לעשות. והאמת בהתחלה ניסה קצת לשחק אותה כאילו שהם לא ידעו על זה.

המלון הסכים לפצות אותנו בבקבוק יין(אחרי התלונה השנייה שהבאנו אחרי יומיים) - מצטער לי אישית זה לא מפצה.

2. החדר יפה אבל המקלחת קצת זולה(אבל יש גקוזי אחלה) - פלסטיקה למקלחת זה דבר שקל להחליף ולתת לחדר מקלחת הרגשה קצת יותר יוקרתית. זה התחיל מהדלת של המקלחת שנראת רע וממשיך למקלחת עצמה.
למה אני מעיר על זה כי יש הבדל גדול בין החדר למקלחת וזה צורם.
