נוף יפה ביותר
חשוב להבין זה מלון בוטיק סטנדרטי ביותר לא לבוא בציפיות גבוהות המחיר בהתאם.
השירות מדהים מהרגע שסגרתי ועד שיצאתי הפקידות היו אדיבות ורצו לעזור בכל דבר!!
ארוחת בוקר מצויינת שווה את זה.

Tutto staff molto scortese struttura non corrispondente alle 5 stelle indicate, servizi e strutture di bassissimo livello. Ho pagato per tre notti pensavo di fare l’ultima notte da amici e ho fatto il check out la mattina del secondo giorno poi purtroppo sono cambiati i programmi quindi sono tornata in hotel per pernottare e non mi è stato permesso benché avessi pagato per tre notti

לא אהבנו כי לא הזדמן לנוט בכלל שהות במלון עקב תקלה במלון שלא ניתן לה מענה

Cons:

בהגעה למקום הסתבר כי אין מים חמים, התקלה היית הידועה, ולא ניתן מענה לזמן תיקון, או הצעה להחלפת חדר או ביטול.
רק לאחר המתנה ארוכה מאוד ועימות עם מנהל המלון התקבל זיכוי.
השירות היה לא ענייני, לא ק'וב ובאופן כללי לא נעים.

Pros:

Ligger helt ned til søen. Hyggeligt gammelt værelse udført i pæne materialer.

Cons:

Adressen er ikke nem at finde med apple maps og google maps, fordi adressen ligger på en sti, så man kan ikke køre dertil med en bil, og skal derfor parkere på en helt anden adresse ca 100 m væk. Det ville nok være en god ide at oplyse adressen på engelsk.
