Erholung pur!
Pros:

Fantastische Lage im Grünen, sehr schöne Ausstattung, schöner Pool- und Spabereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück in ruhiger Atmosphäre. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr warm im Zimmer aufgrund der Aussentemperaturen.

Zimmer hatte keinen Sonnenschutz. Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer, da morgens schon ab Sonnenaufgang die Sonne voll ins Zimmer schien.

Das erste Mal war klasse in dem Hotel

Cons:

Das zweit Mal wurde auf Missstände hingewiesen die nicht behoben wurden. Beim zweiten Mal wurde die Sauberkeit der Fenster und Bänke bemängelt.
Es wurde gesagt das es behoben wird. Sowie die Dampfsauna beim zweiten Mal defekt war.
Jetzt beim dritten Mal weiterhin die Dampfsauna defekt, ebenso so der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb und mit Holzplatten abgedeckt. Die Fenster und Bänke wurden nicht gereinigt im Treppenhaus. Zwischen dem zweiten und dritten Mal liegen 9 Monate Zeit.
Auf E-Mails vor Anreise wurde nicht reagiert.
Vollen Betrag für diese Missstände finde ich nicht in Ordnung.

Terrible building without ventilation or air conditioner.

The location was ok

Cons:

The building was terrible hot, no air conditioning, even with fully opened windows the air didn’t come in. Very strange building poor quality which didn’t let it cool down in the night. Was the worst sleep in this hotel. Kids were waking up every 30 min crying from hotness. Even no ventilation was available.
