Location. And noisy neighbors talking loudly whole night ,kept awake for two nights. Inter Rooms wall not soundproof .
Location is noisy area and slushy areas outside .

I had business trip to Mumbai, Hotel Visava found to be the one of the finest hotel in that area. The service was very good. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff at the reception and hotel speaks good english and very helping. The food is good, however morning breakfast can be improved. My overall experience was nice and i would recommend to re-visit them.

The rooms are good and service is decent. Food could be better but the options are huge. Multiple restaurants give you the option of choosing . the restaurant on the 1st floor is good for family. It houses a pool and gym and probably the only discotheque in thane. Ideal for new years eve party too

I am a member of United 21, Thane since June 2011. The club was running properly till couple of years ago, when their services and amenities started deteriorating gradually. A week back, they just shut down all services and closed the entire building. They have not paid electricity bills, property taxes and didn't care to inform members about the shut down. I've learnt that the property is up for auction by SEBI. The owners deserve appropriate punishment for their fraudulent behaviour.

I have stayed at this hotel three times with the last one thi king that the hotel must have improved. To my horror things have worsened as I have been told that the owners don't want to repair it. Beat it television not working, intercom not working and then light not there. More than that no water to take shower. I had booked from makemmytrip and have asked them to remove the listing from their website as these hotels spoil their reputation also. ABSOLUTELTY NO GO THERE EVER.

The hotel is the rooms are spacious.The food is good. Service was also good.In the city accessible to all places.

The only problem was hygiene the washrooms were smelly we got it cleaned though and it was fine.

Overall a good stay.

In spite of advance booking when entered room it was dirty, suffocating and wash room door needed repair.
Though room leaflet mentioned complimentary breakfast but unfortunate I was denied same!
Its shame for United 21 /Panoramic group HO to treat their guests in this manner at their own property!!!!
My experience while booking too was bad as I was told to deposit Rs. 7000/-(maintenance fee) before confirmation and that too rudely?? and also deducted 4 days while providing 2 days stay.

Magic holiday/Panoramic group must wake up. Do not take members granted. Today there are many options and such behaviour &treatment will take your group to bad shape soon ..take this feedback as learning and improving guest experiences and make changes appropriately…

The place is very good in ambience and the staff is great as well. I have beem there very often for my business meetings and it was always a great place. The location of the place is also quite good as its convenient.

The stay here was nice and decent. The rooms were good and comfy. The breakfast was good and fresh. The parking space is underground. Hotel is located in the Thane city so you can find little bit of traffic when going in and out.

I got a nice deal & decided to stay there for a couple of nights. The stay was on par with any other reputed hotel in the area. The rooms are clean, quiet & comfortable.
Wi-fi is dependable and so is the hotel staff.

Hotel isn't that good. Plus its location is quite hectic now due to flyover work in progress just outside the hotel and the road being quite narrow, leads to heavy snarls. I would advice you, not to stay here but it's good if you just want to hang out..

This is the worst hotel. It is not even a single star hotel and they say that it's 4 star property.
Hotel has only on iron that to damaged for which guests have to wait atleast for 1-1.5 hour.
They don't provide iron board until you ask for the same and their iron board is also damaged, they cover the board with towel to iron, how can person iron on towel.
Breakfast Is poor.
Rooms are pathetic, stinking. Once you enter you can feel some smell like damp in whole hotel except Reception area.
Saying their property a 4star that do not provide Dental kit, bathroom sleepers, door mat, shaving kit, etc which other hotels provide.
Today I was stuck in lift for 20 mins due to power failure, I tried emergency alarm but none of the staff was their to help.
I don't know for what they are changing 6000-8000.
I will advise not to visit this pathetic hotel.

The checkin was smooth. But rooms are shabby. There dampness inside the room. Window curtains don't work. The bed is comfortable and washroom is clean but small.

The furniture is old. The room layout is not at all impressive.

The property is a huge let down.

I happened to stay in this hotel with my colleague during our review meet in April. The rooms are very poorly maintained, amenities in room are not good at all, the tariff they are charging is very high, service is poor behaviour of staff was bad and rude, food quality and quantity is very average. I will never recommend anyone close to me to ever stay in this hotel

Have stayed in this hotel for couple of days and also many times. Inflate the maintenance has become very bad. The a.c. s konk off , tv s not working and the staff is also helpless. Would recommend to avoid for a couple of months till things get back inshape. The grapevine was there us some financial issues with the property owners and the poor facilities were showing the same.

Went there as my son wanted to swim. Nice location, nice entrance, nice reception area, spacious rooms, nice breakfast spread, nice gym, bathrooms are spacious however are not that clean but the awesome part is the open swimming pool on roof top. Had an awesome family time. Will visit again. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a business purpose. Hotel is good, but more priced than it actually deserves. Overall Hotel is okay not very good. Good gymnasium and pool, restaurant is okay, room service little slow to move.

I booked a massage via the website, but when I got there, nobody was aware of it. I showed them the confirmation email but they said "sorry the website doesn't work". What's the point of having a website and how can I receive a confirmation email then? Bad experience, I won't recommend it, especially because the staff acted like they didn't care at all.

This is an absolutely messy place. Forget 4-star, this is not even worth a 2-star. I stayed there in Jan 2017 and saw cobwebs. The Housekeeping Department is nonfunctional and do not even clean the washrooms. If the hotel authorities would like to see, I have photographs of the mess in the rooms, the walls and wardrobe are stained and there are cobwebs falling from the AC vents. I had a discussion with the Housekeeping Supervisor Mr Sanjay Jha about this.

Quite surprisingly, the windows are shut and don't have any view, there is a screen that prevents you from looking out, at least in Room No 404. I have no clue about the other rooms.

The Hotel Manager is rude and insulting. I had a discussion with him and when he realised I was a frequent traveller, representing a large training organisation, he came around and spoke politely, but only after the damage was done.

The buffet dinner is a plus point, the spread is good and value for money. I just wish there were more dishes for strict vegetarians like Jains and for the Vaishnava community.

All in all, the hotel is not worth the price they charge and is definitely worth avoiding. The Management must be really indifferent, because it seems they don't have the foggiest idea of what is happening with the hospitality.

Spacious rooms, with a separate sit out area which can be closed from the sleeping area. Ample parking space but no provisions for getting a self driven car cleaned. Did not try room service but the breakfast spread was excellent. Situated close to the highway..
