It's near to the center.
It's clean but not flawless still good tho!
The location was central, reasonably clean, and most of all the staffs were all helpful and friendly ! We left a pair of sunglasses on the sleeper train and they got out of the way to get it back for us. Grab car was listing 650,000 dong one way back to the train station, but they manage to get it back for us for 200,000 dong which is superb ! Oh, and I love the interior of the hotel, its has a rustic and laid back feeling to it.
It’s a reasonably old hotel, so expect some mold and rust from age. Other than that, it’s clean.
the room was big, with balcony view, with working hot and cold shower. The balcony have a view of the town plaza, it is near the center but it will be slightly difficult walking up the hill to reach the hotel if not physically fit. Over all, very near to the known places like the sapa station.
some lights we're not working, (only the wall decorative lights).
The staff were so friendly!
There was nothing I did not like!
. Nous recommandons +++
What we liked most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff—they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and inviting. Its location also made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions.

Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, ngay trung tâm, nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình
Honestly, I was mislead by the pictures of the property so I was quite dissapointed with this hotel. But to be objective, the hotel is centrally located, the staff is very kind and friendly. The bed was ok and the room fairly quiet. You also got free water every day.
At the end of the day I guess you get what you pay for and in my case I was first given a room which was on the first floor where te balcony doors had a gaping hole inbetween then so it sounded an felt like you were sleeping on the street, it was loud and cold and the room was super worn down. I went to the reception and informed them that this is not what I paid for and kindly asked if they could give me a different room, after which I was given a room on the 5th floor. In this room the balcony doors at least closed properly so I accepted it. The airconditioning initially didn't work so a man from the reception had to come and manually unlock it in order for me to be able to use it. I was visiting in the end of december so it was cold and I needed the A/C for heating, and heating it did, it got stuck on 28 degrees so I was sweating for the next couple of days. The hot water works for 1 minute at a time, so no long warm showers. Other than that it was okay but the hotel is much older than the images indicate.
The venue is most satisfying point, quiet and very near to Sunplaza Sapa Train Station. The restaurant in the hotel serve nice food, please give a try if you were to stay at the hotel.
The room with strong smell due to the moist from toilet. Towel is not clean.
Sehr zentrale Lage an ruhiger (!) Zufahrt.
Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, wie es im neueren Anbau aussieht, weiss ich nicht. Aber Badzimmer war dreckig, die Handtücher fleckig und schmuddelig.
The hotel is located near the city center with restaurant on site. Near Sun Plaza if you are planning to go to Fansipan. Although, it is a bit of a climb so prepare your stamina 😅. There are also cafe's and convenience store nearby.
The hotel facility is starting to wear off - chips and dents on floor, molds in bathroom/shower. Generally it is clean. I think pillows and sheets already need an update as well, you know the feeling that someone actually occupied your bed prior to you, that's how I felt when we moved in to our room like they forgot to change the sheets.
Very comfortable hotel, close to centre of sapa, and laundry facilities were seamless🙂
