Value for money, clean and spacious rooms, great location
Pros:

Great location besides the steep walk uphill; The hotel is a 5-minute walk to Sapa Station (Sun World Station) with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a restaurant right beside the hotel which I 100% recommend (Taste of Vietnam). Hotel guests can avail a 10% discount for the restaurant.
The room itself was very big and spacious for 4 pax (2 double beds, 1 queen bed). Our bathroom had a bidet which was a must-have. We had a balcony but did not end up using it. Good lighting inside the room.
They gave us free water and a change of toilet paper and towels every day.
Staff were English-speaking and nice.
Check-in: We advised them via chat that we will arrive at 5 or 6 AM in the morning. They took note of this as there was already staff napping/waiting for us by 5 AM in the lobby.
Check-out: They let us stay in their lobby while we waited for our bus from Sapa-Hanoi even after we've checked out already.

Cons:

Steep walk uphill to get to the hotel. This was not a big issue as we often booked a Grabcar to and from the hotel, but there were around 2 times wherein we ended up walking uphill. Just something to note if traveling with seniors and/or PWDs.
There is also an elevator available but it only operates from the 2nd floor, so you would have to take the flight of stairs from the 1st floor to get to the 2nd floor before you can use the elevator.
Another note: The price they billed us was slightly higher than what was stated in Booking.com, likely due to conversion changes. Just a note if you're paying directly via credit card: You will need to shoulder the transaction fee (I believe it was 3% or 5%).

L’emplacement est excellent, à 2 pas du centre mais loin de l’effervescence.
On y mange très bien !!!

Pros:

Room is spacious. Near Sapa Center

Cons:

Furnitures and facilities are old. Hair dryer in the room is also not working fully. Shower head of the public shower area at the ground level is not working. The public shower room and CR are also narrow, not convenient to use. No elevator from ground level to 2nd floor. Reception not available 24/7, we arrived around 5am and we even notified them in advance that we will be arriving early in the morning to ensure that we will be accommodated. We had to wait until 7am for someone to entertain us. Location of hotel is near Sapa center but it's uphill and you need to climb it to get back to the hotel.

Pros:

Lokasi : Kena naik bukit dalam 100m baru sampai hotel dia. Sangat dekat dengan sun plaza untuk ke fansipan. Jalan kaki sahaja 250m.
Makanan halal ada . Kena jalan dalam 800m dari hotel. Jalan berbukit sedikit.

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience was having to carry luggage up some stairs before accessing the elevator, which might be challenging for some travelers.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The coffee there is highly recommended. Breakfast was served at 7.30 in the morning, but you can request them to prepare early one day before if you need to eat an early breakfast before departing.

We had a pleasant experience. Location is near the city center.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room view is amazing. Location was near the city center and meetup point for the tours. Fansipan is walking distance. The staff were very helpful in check-in and check-out.

Cons:

Room was a little dark. Some sockets are not working. There was a very awful smell coming from our bathroom and we had to spray freshener every time we come in.
