Pros:

結婚式を挙げたホテル。閉まってしまう前にまた宿泊出来て、良かったです。
確かに設備は老朽化していますが、一生懸命磨き上げている感じで、とても清潔感がありました。タイル、絨毯、床、手摺、その他色々、全て潰されてしまうのかと思うと、とても寂しく、勿体無い気もしますが、また、もっと素敵なホテルとして帰って来てください。

スタッフさんの対応は柔軟で丁寧で気持ち良く、設備のサービスもちょうど良く、部屋のお掃除もすみずみまで清潔で大変快適過ごしました。つる家さんの朝ごはんがとっても美味しくて、連日いただきました。もっとも気持ち良く過ごせたホテルです。

Cons:

３月いっぱいと伺いました。
来年、また思い出の地を訪れる予定ですのに楽しみが減ってしまいます…残念でしかたがありません。

The location was excellent. With extremely good connectivity within Osaka prefecture.

Pros:

근처에서 열리는 이벤트에 참여하기 위해 숙박했습니다. 이벤트장과 매우 가까웠고, 방크기도 생각보다 넓었습니다. 안마의자에, 짐을 풀어놓는 공간도 별도로 있었고, 테이블도 별도로 있었고, 소파도 있었고 암튼 엄청 넓었어요! 편하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다!!!

2026年3月末で閉館してしまうので結婚式をした記念のホテルだったので最後に宿泊しました。また泊まりたいと思うホテルなのでなくなるのが残念です。

長らく住んでいた地域から老舗のホテルがなくなると聞いて、なつかしさ、古き良きものを目に記憶に留めておきたいとの一心で東京から駆けつけました！

調度品、家具など、これからは作ることができない美術、工芸品をじっくり見る事が出来た。

Cons:

閉館前で事前のレストラン予約が取れなかった。予約電話したが、かなりの時間、コールしたが誰も受話器を取る方がおられなかった。このため、フロントを通じて電話番号を教えてもらい、再度電話したら、ようやく繋がった。だか、応対者の応答はケンもほろろでホテルウーマンとしてぞんざいな返答でした。忙しいのは理解できるけれども。
