The furniture in the hotel felt quite dated and could benefit from some updating. The cleanliness of the rooms also requires more attention to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

Additionally, the elevator system was quite inconvenient. I was staying on the 5th floor while my family was on the 6th floor, and the elevator did not allow us to move directly between the two floors. As a result, whenever we wanted to visit each other’s rooms, we had to go back down to the lobby and then take the elevator again to the other floor. This was particularly inconvenient and made moving between the rooms unnecessarily difficult.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Hospitality ✨

My bestie and I had a wonderful stay at Santika Hotel Bogor. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was nice and relaxing, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast because there were many delicious food choices.

A special thank you to Ms. Shafira for her kindness and excellent hospitality. She was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you as well to Ms. Aini and Ms. Fitria for your warm hospitality and excellent service. You all made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!
