Pros:

It was a really good stay and the staff was really cooperatives.
Especially the housekeeping , Mr.Jitendra Sharma did our room and did it perfectly .
The bathroom had a huge bathtub and there were separate shower areas too which helped us maintaining the cleanliness of the wc.

Great hotel- perfect for Jaipur sightseeing. Lots of activities going on - big family feel hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Spa experience was exceptional. Welcome was brilliant with gifts and music, petals and red carpet!

Cons:

Not a negative but go for breakfast before 8am as it gets mega busy - same for evening meal - try the Zarin restaurant set meal rather than the buffet which gets very very busy

Royal and surreal experience
Pros:

I was upgraded to Fairmont Gold; my room was huge and give me the royalty experience. Also, the bathroom oh my god it was huge. The breakfast, High Tea, the ritual of evening, the entry everything was royal and exquisite. I will definitely come again with family. and recommend everyone to go at least once there to experience this surreal experience.

Cons:

Few area of hotel was close due to construction, though I would like to visit the roof top and outer area of hotel

Sub standard
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff is polite. Kaushik and Harshit - good dudes.

Cons:

Where do I start. So much construction going on - hammering that went on next to my room the entire morning. When we asked for it to stop were told sorry this will continue.

Also- room on the 4th floor has direct sound of drums beating from the ground floor. It’s like staying in the jungle book.

Swimming pool was A - dirty, and B - half of what was shown in pictures as some construction was going on.

Overall - quite disappointing.
