Definitely coming back!
Pros:

WONDERFUL hotel! Close to Pine Knob, right across the street from the big outlet mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Comprehensive free breakfast.

Looks nice but slightly uncomfortable
Pros:

I liked that it was dog friendly, bathroom was nice and the bedroom was nice overall.

Cons:

Got to the hotel at the check in time that was stated (3pm) and our room was not ready, the lady checking us in wasn't too friendly at the beginning but she ended up being nicer towards the end, the beds were so uncomfortable and the blankets were so scratchy and uncomfortable.

Pay a lot but we get almost nothing
Cons:

Breakfast was poor. There were so little choices.

Ik boek vaker bij Hampton Inn, omdat ik weet dat het goede hotels zijn.
Pros:

Het hotel staat pal naast een enorm groot winkelcentrum. Hier kan je prima een paar uur vertoeven.
Je wordt netjes welkom geheten en de checkin verloopt soepel. Het ontbijt is goed geregeld en de eetruimte is netjes en schoon. Wanneer je vragen hebt worden ze netjes beantwoord.

It was absolutely perfect for my grandkids and i. We only had to go across the parking lot to visit the aquarium and Lego land. The good establishments were right there as well.

Cons:

Nice room, good breakfasts but didn't sleep very well.
Pros:

The room was nice and the bathroom was very good except the toilets should be higher for older people. Also prefer flush and not the new style.

Cons:

All walk in showers would be preferred. There used to be an additional chair/recliner so people could relax in the chair. The only chair was the computer chair and was very uncomfortable. Seems a bit minimalist for the cost. In my opinion, it should be like your home away from home.
