Mida De Sea Hua Hin - SHA PLUS

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The location is convenient and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. As it was last time, our stay was as exceptional and outstanding as it was last time. The employees throughout the hotel all are wonderful and strive to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. The facilities are spotless, rooms large and breakfast outstanding. If you endeavour to have an enjoyable weekend or holiday, Mida de Sea, Hua Hin is a MUST try. I look forward to the next time I visit this hotel and their outstanding staff. I have travelled and worked all over the world before retiring, and can honestly say this might be the best hotel I have ever stayed at!! Bob J.

Nice hospitality and great service!

A mixed bag.

On the positive side, the room and the pool were fantastic.
hats off to them for using glass bottles for water in rooms.

On the downside. With one or 2 exceptions (Nok in the restaurant) the staff were not well trained in hospitality. Almost appearing disinterested in guests.

Restaurant food was average and to get to alternative eating places was a 15 minute ride in a van, that needed to be pre booked.

This is our second time in this hotel. The staff are nice and super helpful, the room is big and nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is not on the beach, but they have a shuttle that can take you anytime to a near beach with their own sun beds. The sun beds are around 10-15 and we always managed to find two sun beds to enjoy the beach. They also have shuttle to take you from/to the town (which is about 10-15 minutes) for free and available every two hours. I find this service so valuable, especially that the hotel’s location is considered a bit far from the town and night market and transportation can be costly or difficult. The price is affordable and the services are quite good. The breakfast has variety options of acceptable quality. The swimming pool is a bit narrow, but nice, and I noticed that many guests enjoyed it more than the beach- so it depends if you are a pool person or a beach person. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would recommend this hotel to people who do not mind distance to town, looking for affordable options, and aiming to have relaxing and chilling retreats/vacation away from loud and quick paced city life.

Exellent value for money and vacation. Quiet and peaceful enviroment with easy access to the beach where they have few own sunbeds at the beach. Friendly staff who arranged thai cooking course for our family at the hotel restaurant.

Just arrived in Norway after 3 weeks on Mida De sea.
Exellent hotel with breakfast buffet with all you need.
Great friendly staff on all levels. The staff seams to have
fun at work, which tells me that the management take
good care of the staff! Highly recomended. Good location.
5 minuts from the beach. Free personal sunbeds belonging
to the hotel. 13 km from Hua Hin city, with free shuttel many times
a day.

There are a group of hotels up just north of Hua Hin - technically at Cha Am - and Mida de Sea is one of these... all are good.

Slightly brutalist but functional dedign in blocks of seven storeys. Direct line-of-sight out to the beach and the sea. Good checkin, comfortable night of sleep and breakfadt Adian buffet style - very palatable.

Its 104 baht on Grab down to the shopping centres in Hua Hin... or about $3. You'll save 10x that by staying out on this side of town and avoid all the business in Hua Hin, especially in December. Thai families come to this area rather than into town and they know their own country (hint).

I have travelled all over the world and can honestly say this is one of the Best hotels I have ever visited. You can immediately tell that the customer is their most important asset. From top to bottom their friendliness , professional attitude and desire to make your stay a truly enjoyable experience is immediately noticeable at Mida de Sea. From the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and porters and courtesy drivers all with the same attitude and smile. The amenities, cleanliness and location are excellent. They even went out of their way to have a little breakfast celebration for my 75th birthday. I am looking forward to my next visit to Mida de Sea.
