Our room was super quiet and we slept very well. The breakfast was good, as well!

Cons:

As our population ages, I’d like to see more taller height toilets in hotel rooms. Grab bars and accessible doorways are not always needed, but super low toilets for the Bad Knees Brigade are such a nuisance!

Pros:

I got a room that had the spa tub in it, and it was close to the pool. I loved it. Front desk was amazing. The pool water felt good. They were very generous.

Cons:

Well, they had a water problem at the time and the food was outdated on the breakfast bar, and there were cockroaches on the breakfast bar

Staff was very nice and we had a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful by calling me early in the day to let me know there were hot water issues. They suggested I call back after 3pm to see if my current room was still affected. I called about 3:30 and since my assigned room was without hot water they upgraded my room free of charge to a room with hot water.

Cons:

The breakfast was often sparse by the time I arrived about 9:30am. We were traveling from California so 9:30am was 6:30am according to my biological clock. Even with much of the offerings gone, I was able to have a plate of eggs and sausage.

The room was much cooler in the living room than in the bedroom. We have to make continuous adjustment to the thermostat to keep my husband and I both comfortable.

Awesome customer service
Pros:

The front desk employee who checked us in was very friendly and went above and beyond for the guests staying.They had no hot water for most of the hotel but they called all guests and offered a discounted rate or free cancelation. She put me and my daughter in one of the rooms with hot water and our stay was great. We came for a softball tournament and they allowed us to also do a late checkout due to all day games we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice experience despite lacking key amenities.
Pros:

Welcoming staff. Clean and quiet. Spacious room. Easy access.

Cons:

No hot water in shower. Low water pressure. Box spring showed wear and tear. Out of orange juice. No dairy free options.

Comfortable clean, great location
Pros:

Ashe at the front desk was so friendly and professional and efficient. The jacuzzi in our room was spacious and really wonderful, and the beds were SO comfortable!!!!! And the location was close to lots of great places and only 15 minutes from campus.

Cons:

The vending machines didn't work on multiple floors, and the location of the room being right off the lobby/breakfast area made things quite loud (nothing ear plugs couldn't fix, and things quieted down around 11:30pm). There was an open, old soda left in the mini-fridge, but everything else was SUPER clean, so, likely just a tiny oversight.

Pros:

Room was very clean, pull out bed made up for us, breakfast was very good, and staff was very helpful. Really just a no-stress stay.
