Service was very bed , wifi, tv, water supply all

Terrible guest house. We checked out after one night, as the room was very dirty, small and dark. Website photos don t show reality. Very bad Food, so we went out to other place.

Pleasant off season low crowd stay at ashvem. Friendly quiet Russian guests. Sea views from room. Beach good but with some rocky outcrops. Had some maintenance going on but disturbance was minimal. Would stay again at the right price. Far to travel for sight seeing so booked taxi tours.

Super deluxe sea view room still has bad smell from toilet.That needs correction immediately.

We booked for 2 days, and the first day was awful. We were placed in some back room somewhere that was nowhere close to the pictures on Expedia. After we raised a hue and cry, we were moved to a better room for the second day. This was much better, and it salvaged our stay in Goa.

I'd like to mention here that once the Manager got to know about our complaint, he was extremely apologetic, and worked hard to ensure we're moved into a better room. So, in all, we're happy that they did their best to give us good service.

Nice place to stay hotel staff quiet cooperative. Location is very nice all away from crowded cities. Its nice n pleasant to stay in ROCOCCO ASHVEM. I would like to recommend it to my friends visiting goa.

i stayed here for 2 nights with my family..SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED BCOZ OF SOME NEW GOVT RULE..i was so disappointed..its not fault of hotel..it is the duty of "HOTELS.COM" to clarify each n everything about hotel ..the receptionist told me that they have informed websites numerous times...SO I BLAME HOTELS.COM FOR WASTING MY 2 DAYS & MONEY..

We went for an all out relaxing stay to enjoy the beach and the underpopulated habitat experience. We get what we looked for. This is a very beautiful resort away from all the hallahulla of the maddening beach resorts jam packed with people elsewhere. The staff is courteous and this is a perfect place to enjoy the sea just outside your hotel room door and enjoy.

More than a tad disappointed when walking on to the property for the first time...........NO SWIMMING POOL.

Other than that, everything as advertised are definitely more than just satisfactory.

One should be prepared to travel a minimum of an hour to the more popular joints @ Anjuna, Baga, etc.

Location of this hotel is at a great. No other hotel can be so close to beach. Nice, big and clean rooms. Service and food was good. View of sea and beach form this hotel is great. Nice and helping nature of the owner and hotel staff there. Clean and peaceful surrounding.

Overall it was very great experience for me to stay at Rococco. In future whenever I will go Goa I would like to stay here only.

Due to there issues with hotels.com regd new year gala dinner charges. They made me wait at reception for long.

Stayed at The Rococco for 5 nights. The hotel in in a fantastic location and the views from "the rock" over the beach are stunning. Beyond that, the hotel is just fine. Nothing more nothing less. I booked a "superior" room. Which was very basic. So was the food and the service. It is what you get for the price in the area. The Spa (which is independently owned and run) is a rip-off waste of your money. Avoid the spa where possible. The chef is Russian so expect some good/acceptable Western food on the menu.

the management was rude and totally incompetent - clearly favoured russians above everyone else

There were multiple disappointments at the hotel. 1. The rooms were not ready for 2 hours after our checkin. 2. The contact nos. of the hotel are either not reachable or are not answered. 3. The hotel had given us a "deluxe" room-- where the furniture, the shower sprouted water on the ceiling (upwards), rather than downwards. The bathrom walls, leaked.The bathroom door locked and had to be broken into.4. On complaning about the bathrom door, the hotel employee actually had the gall to blame me that I would have locked it myself! - it took them 2 hours to open the door. 5. to top it all, they inform us 3 minutes prior to 11 am , saying we need to check out now, as they have a large group checking in. When we refused ,saying that we will check out at 12 , as our taxi was picking us up at that time, they went ahead and sent their cleaning staff ! 6. The food was average and even a juice/ tea would take 15-20 minutes.

Amazing Location of the Hotel . Right on the beach . You can see the Sea from your Room , from your balcony or have your dinner at their restaurant which is right on the beach . This place is ideal for couple or for pleople who are looking at avoiding the crowd and peaceful , quite place . It is advisable to carry your driving liscence with your so that you can borrow Motor bike or car as this place is quite away from civilization . The food was also great and the service of the hotel staff was excellent .

Everything about the hotel was pleasant - location, service, food, staff - the only thing that could have led to a much better experience was if the hotel staff had kept the dogs away. My wife was uncomfortable with them while the dogs were constantly roaming around wherever we went, be it the private beach, the rocks, the restaurant couch or the breakfast table.

whats great about this place is that it literally on the beach, like on the water front. location is amazing. but the rest very dissapointing: pool is small and unclean, room smells terrible, staff didnt do anything first time asked, always had to ask and reask, menu is good but expensive. but as i say, its harder to get better location...
