The crown plaza is a beautiful hotel it is so clean food is great staff are lovely and the rates are fantastic Would totally recommend this hotel Justin at the front desk has been so helpful to me there and Binny Chen at the concierge was just great and totally helpful

The most important reason why I chose this hotel was that it offered an exchange option. During my three-night stay, I was unable to make an exchange due to a "bank system error." I was directed to the bank next door and lost three hours to exchange money.
The manager just say that the problem was not with them.
For breakfast: the hotel has three restaurants. But when I ask for gluten-free bread they just answered they don’t have!

Nice cool hotel

Near stadium and Metro. Walking distance to museums.

Room was upgraded and spacious on high floor. Some corner surface has minor dusts, facility really good but some of them were bit old. All in all is nice! Over expectation. Location good and various dinning option including onsite of hotel at top floor.

An excellent place to stay. Great service. Very nice and well located. My family and I had a great stay.

Excellent service and breakfast

The hotel is clean and quiet. However, they do not assist guests with booking day tours. A bit of a walk to the nearest metro station but only a short taxi ride to bell/drum towers. Taxis are quite cheap here. Walkable to xian yan tower.

My one bedroom unit is very spacious. I was solo but I think it's ok for a family of 3 or even 4. 1 bedroom, 1 big living room and the kitchen area. The unit has all necessities you may need for a comfortable stay. The washer dryer worked well and was even provided with detergent. Bathroom was in old-fashioned style but updated modern amenities and high-end toilet. Nice and neat. The staff were kind and sweet. Great location, just 1 street away from a street with many dumpling stores (including 1 highly rated online). There's a small draft beer bar next door with some mean beers and the staff are fun, too. Highly recommended.

Good location, older style hotel but well maintained. Staff are excellent, very helpful to ma because I can’t speak Chinese. Great breakfast, decent smallish gym. Too much plastic to be eco-friendly but very comfortable business stay.

I stayed a few nights at this hotel. As a five star hotel, this property meets the expectation of cleaness. The room setting is a bit out of date but it still works well in general.

I particularly liked the bathroom layout -- it is larger than most hotel room bathroom by seperating toilet from shower/bath tub.

The hotel staffs are good in general. However, I had a bad experience with one front desk staff -- Frank Fang. When I need to use the business center for a printing, I asked him where the business center was located. He told me that the business center had been closed. So, I asked him what the open hour of the business center was. He changed his words by saying that the business center was still open but no staff there. So, no guest can use the business center. Then, I asked his help for the printing. He said the front desk could help the printing but it would come with a charge. When I tried to hand him my USB drive for the priting, he told me that no USB drive would be accepted. Anyone who like to use the printing at the front desk has to use the Chinese App, Wechat, to transfer the file to him for the printing. For anyone without the Chinese App, nothing he can do. Then, he refused to give any additional help.

I have a quite positive experience at this hotel. However, Frank Fang's attitude ruined my good impression of this hotel. Quite disappointed.

Hotel muito bom….mas deixou a desejar não arrumando o quarto na segunda diária….imperdoavel…pois saímos o dia todo para passear ,e foi alegado que não colocamos o papel na porta para arruma-lo

交通不太方便，前往地鐵要走一段路。前台服務員很有禮貌，提供適當的服務。
