Holiday Inn - China Style
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible despite a yawning chasm of a language barrier.
Duty manager Shirley was a breath of fresh air and super helpful...when the restaurant, did not have promised vegetarian options, she arranged pizza delivery for us. ❤️
Free, self service laundry was great and breakfast ample.

Cons:

Superficial glitz, but lacking promised facilities.
Room service was not available at advertised times and many items were not on the menu...we arrived late and went hungry.
Both saunas were out of service and the basement pool depressing.

Excelentes instalaciones y personal muy atento pero no hablan inglés. El desayuno pocas opciones occidentales.

Ubicación , gentileza del personal

Cons:

Desayuno. Demasiado oriental, pocas alternativas occidental. No hay queso, jamón y muy poco personal habla ingles.

A excepción de 1 persona , el resto nadie habla inglés lo que se hace demasiado difícil comunicarse sobre todo si es un hotel internacional

Pros:

Location excellent for Chunxi Lu and town.

Cons:

We booked club room, but lounge was being repaired and swimming pool out of action - no compensation offered or reduction.

Very happy and satisfied
Pros:

Staff were friendly and attentive. On the day of check out to another place, I forgot to pack my iPhone charger left by the bedside in the room. I called them and they kept it for me to collect a few days later.

Неплохо, но залог надо упразднить.

Приятный просторный номер

Cons:

С нас пытались взять залог 500 юаней наличными, которых у нас не было. Пришлось достаточно долго объясняться, чтоб его не брали.

Wonderful, cozy rooms and facilities. Very friendly and accommodating staff that made you feel very welcome.

I wish there was better lighting in the rooms but it's a minor con compared to all the positivies.
