Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location and close to tram 17 and 3. Room was clean and offers eco options for towels and cleaning. Breakfast was rather mediocre.

Cons:

After two nights of quiet the rooms near me were filled with a party of schoolchildren who played loud music until 1.30am when I asked them to let other guests sleep. Unfortunately they continued to talk and jump about until I called the night emergency line and their teacher told them to be quiet. In the morning I raised this with the manager who told me that they do not normally locate a party of schoolchildren near other guests.

Professionele vriendelijke meertalig welkom....parkeerplaats en fiets was geregeld...niet grote maar zeer comfortabele kamer...heerlijk bed en kussens...complementary coffee en thee en flesjes water....

Nice, clean and convenient - good value for the money!
Pros:

The coffee bar area and dining room area was really convenient and nice. The hotel was next to a tram stop, which was very convenient and near a very nice section of town with lots of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The bed was far too soft, and there were some slight issues with the heating.
