Super friendly staff, clean, great location
Pros:

Super friendly staff. My luggage was lost and so arrived late, the communication between all staff were fantastic and the info was handed over to ensure receipt of my luggage. Also close to public transport.

Optimal für einen kurzen Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Lage fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist super. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Kaffee und Wasser und kleine Süßigkeiten im gemütlichen Foyer kostenlos.

Cons:

Uns persönlich war das Bett zu weich und das Bad zu klein, aber für ein, zwei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend.

Pros:

Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass sich das Hotel in einer ruhigen Gegend befand, aber trotzdem nicht weit entfernt war von schönen Geschäften, kleinen Cafés, Restaurants und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war prima!

Ruhiges sauberes Zimmer, geschmackvoll und nützlich eingerichtet. Sehr leckeres frisches Frühstück. Freundliche Bedienung im Frühstücksraum und hilfsbereiter Empfang an der Rezeption. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse della città, zona molto elegante e tranquilla e comoda a due linee di tram. A breve distanza a piedi, ci sono innumerevoli ristoranti di tutti i generi.
Staff gentilissimo, estremamente disponibile ad esaudire le nostre richieste: ci hanno tenuto gratuitamente i bagagli dopo il check out, e ci hanno permesso di fare check-in con 2 ore di anticipo visto che la stanza era già disponibile.

Cons:

La stanza purtroppo era veramente piccola: la porta del bagno non si apriva del tutto e anche per entrare nella stanza occorreva appiattirsi contro le pareti per passare intorno al letto. La pulizia complessiva non era sufficiente: dispenser del sapone pressoché vuoti, polvere visibile sulle superfici e accumuli di polvere sotto al letto/agli angoli della stanza. Senza contare il fatto che non hanno sostituito gli asciugamani al terzo giorno, quando abbiamo impilato gli asciugamani usati per terra come da istruzioni. Certo, chiedendo si può ottenere di ricevere gli asciugamani spettanti e il refill del sapone, però da un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspettavo un servizio più attento.
Colazione molto misera nonostante il costo (18 euro): consapevole che la scelta di colazione dolce fosse inferiore rispetto alla colazione salata, ho comunque trovato poca varietà in entrambe le tipologie e poca sollecitudine nel riassortire i vassoi vuoti. Invece, il reparto di cibi senza glutine era ben fornito e ben visibile.
