do not book this hotel because a small lady may be an owner claim i book $8 an hour, i never see book online by an hour. the lady charge us double with cash without receipt. you need to bring or show your booking confirmation otherwise front desk cheat you .

I didn't know this until I stayed here, but Bui Vien is party district in Ho Chi Minh. Loud music until 4-5am... I was not able to sleep at all, since i had to wake up at 5:30am. Not the hotel's fault per se, but it was extremely loud.

Cheap but very noisy as above clubs and surrounded with clubs.
Staff were helpful though
You get of what you pay for... my experience overall was ok

There were ants crawling around in the bathroom. Shower head was not seated properly and sprayed everywhere. AC unit stopped working midway through. They fixed it but did not clean the area around the unit including my bed which they apparently placed the dusty AC unit on. Not a good experience.

We were very dissapointed. Carpets filthy . Mould smell. Would not reccomend this hotel

You can enjoy night life around here. Local Restaurant is in front of the hotel.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay,would never recommend it. Firstly, arrived and had informed me that they had then given my room away “ as they didn’t think I was coming ” receptionist said it is a risk to follow a confirmation booking. I also messaged the property twice stating that I would be arriving and for information about check-in. Followed on to say that if I wanted a room
there would be an extra cost to what I have already paid, even though they gave the room away that I had already paid for. The staff was very unhelpful and quite rude. Had the attitude that didn’t want to help and tried to send us after their sister hotel. That wasn’t even answering the phone. we eventually got into a room and was greeted by bedbug all over the sheets and mattress where I got bitten alive from there also was blood stains all on the duvet, dirt left at the side of the beds and on the floor. The towels were all stained and was flies everywhere. As well as all of that, the air-conditioning barely worked and was dripping, the building work was all broken and falling to pieces, the location as well is so noisy. The music does not stop till about 4/5 am. Would never recommend here!

Friendly and helpful. Property is kind of old and need improvement on the rooms environment sanitary. Very disappointed for without water on the first day checkin. We forced to move out to another hotel. We should have reserved for only one day instead of 3 days in a row and lost the money and distressing time in the first day checkin. I would not recommend traveler to stay in this hotel.

I always try to book this hotel whenever my friends and I visit Vietnam since of the friendly staff and how close it is to everything. They really take care of you and make sure you get everything you need for your stay to be enjoyable.

It’s very nice fun area convenience to all the things that we needed to have funs. It’s okay for short stay to enjoying the city.

Cleanliness need improvement

This hotel is a very good hotel right in the center of the entertainment area, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room i had was clean, the only negative i found with this hotel was it was a bit too close to the entertainment area, even though i was on the 5th floor, the thump thump thump of the techno music being blasted out from the bars on Bui Vien st could still be heard, but if you do not mind loud music, then this hotel could not be any closer to the action.

Staff were very helpful, room can be noisy although only due to proximity to a busy street.

front desk were very helpful, we contacted them prior to arrival and they helped us booked trips and taxis

However, hotel was on main club strip, with lots of bars and clubs playing music into the night. It was very busy at night (really quiet during the day), we could hear music very clearly in our room despite being 6th floor. We werent affected too much but others clearly would be

We had a decent stay. If you are looking to stay in the viby, backpacker area - this hotel is ideally located. Comfortable bed, good aircon. There are many bars in the area, so it can be noisy at night. We were quite tired though- so we slept right through it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
