Pros:

Das die Rezeption 24/7 geöffnet ist und das Personal dort stets freundlich.

Cons:

Das auf meine E-Mails nicht geantwortet wurde. Check-In war wirklich erst ab 15 Uhr möglich, weil es hieß,dass Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen fragten wir uns, ob es überhaupt gereinigt wurde. Im Bad lagen überall fremde Haare, die Kopfkissen+ Bettdecken haben große undefinierbare Flecken(siehe Foto) auf dem Tisch klebten die Essensreste des Vorgängers, hinter der Heizung ist wohl mal was am Fenster runtergelaufen und festgetrocknet. Unter dem Bett vetrocknete Essensreste, an der Badtür Flecken. Nachdem wir bei der Rezeption dies beanstandet haben, gab es 1! Fleckenfreies Kopfkissen und lediglich das hinter der Heizung wurde weggewischt. Für den nächsten Tag haben wir Lunchpaket angemeldet,diese am nächsten Morgen auch bekommen. Als wir diese auf dem Weg Essen wollten, ist uns der Appetit vergangen. In allen 3 Lunchpaketen waren die Sandwiches bereits 2!! Tage abgelaufen und ein Apfel verschrumpelt. Danke! Soetwas wollten wir weder unserem Kind geben, noch selber essen. Abends an der Rezeption haben wir nach Beanstandung als "Entschädigung" eine aufgebackene TK-Pizza+ 1Bier & 1 SevenUp bekommmen. Trotzdem waren wir das 1. und letzte Mal dort! Fotos siehe unten.

Cons:

Sauberkeit des Zimmers unter den Betten. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn mehr als zwei Toilettenpapierrollen für 8 Personen zur Verfügung kostenlos gestellt worden wäre.
