Good location, ask for a ground floor or above room.
Pros:

Central location. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

My room was below street level and had a high wall in the courtyard, no other windows. Felt a little claustrophobic.

Location was the only thing that kept us there

Cons:

We went down the stairs that read the garage/ rubbish / laundry area. Opening the door to the unit, it was so musty smelling I couldn't breathe. The air con was so noisy, I had to buy ear plugs asap. The cutlery was dirty as there is no dish washer, so I guess people just rinsed cutlery not washed it properly. Shower didn't have higher enough lip on closing so water just flooded the floor.

Stayed with my husband for a short breaking Port Douglas
Pros:

I love the pavilions. We say there a lot. It’s a great property and right in the middle of town so easy walking distance to everywhere.

Cons:

Nothing it is well kept and maintained and the staff are fantastic

The location was excellent, situated in the heart of Port Douglas, handy to the marina for reef cruise.
