WONGTEE V Hotel

客房裡的床鋪和浴室毛巾都挺不錯。浴室的清潔度都很令人失望，我和家人都不想在浴室內洗澡。房內的燈火按鈕很混亂，要花了一段時間才了解那個是按哪個燈。酒店地點就很不錯靠近卓悅 in town，餐飲選擇多。對客房有較高要求的話，就不建議選這間酒店。

영어를 사용하지 않아 불편해요

I reserved a room for 1 night with breakfast.
The staff have been really nice to try to justify that no mini bar in the room, no breakfast in the hotel but 1 voucher for the partner cafè store outside.
Unbelievable expensive cost for this type of offer.
WiFi didn't work and no battery in the balance.
Position is good, in Centre area, walking distance to subway and MTR, Clean enough for stop and start, but be careful about the cost. tooooo expensive.

Room has this damp humid smell but over all is clean.
Very good location for food.

卫生及酒店房间装修状态太糟糕！我无法相信这是五星酒店。酒店的客房管理要好好加强！

It is my second time in this hotel and the reason of choosing again is due to the location. The hotel is in general very good except the fact that you need effort to find someone to communicate in English. The best person to communicate in English was the busboy that he could be utilize to another position. The wifi needs to be upgraded a little bit since it was slow.

전시장과 가까워 이동이 편리했고, 직원들도 친절한 편입니다.

設備ok，但浴室趟門有點問題，房內有蚊，杯有污漬

洒店附近有大量人氣餐廳,交通方便,職員態度有禮,房間乾淨衛生,床鋪舒服.

Sehr gutes 5 Sterne hotel. Frühstück leider nicht so Abwechslungsreich. Aber exzellente Betten, toller Fitness Raum und auch sonst guter Service und gute Lage.

It was very close to the exhibition center and convenient to stay

화장실 배수구가 너무 안좋아요. 물이 안빠져요. 간이침대는 쿠션감도 없어 불편해요. 창문이 없어 환기가 안되요. 호텔 내에 먼지가 많아요.The drain in the bathroom is too bad. The water won't run out. The cot doesn't even have a cushion, so it's uncomfortable. I can't breathe because I don't have a window. There's a lot of dust in the hotel.

當天去到CHECK IN, 酒店工作人員說沒有收到訂單, 並沒有成功入住......

房間為我們免費升級了。房間很美。地點方便。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

浴屏漏水向厕所走，舊了一点

This hotel didn't return the deposit to me n not able to get in touch with them after checking out for 3 days. Very disappointing ☹️

This hotel is fantastic.
Cleanliness is the key, friendly staff service is amazing , THE BED IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE I ever had in this long trip .
The 24 hours hotel restaurant, the such icon location for everything, pub, shopping , taxi ; we had great staying there for few nights but completely unforgettable.
A real 5 star hotel .
Much better than we had at Hixxxx hotel .

晚上訂即晚先入住，酒店幫忙upgrade，很大很舒服，還可以 2pm先check out.....
地點也很方便
