Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.

During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

We do our level best to place you as far away from the noise as possible.

Ok until the cleaning surcharge appeared on my credit card and they insisted that was non negotiable
Pros:

Nice apartment with good view

Cons:

No reception staff on site after 3pm. 3 different keys provided but only 1 required. We stayed for 4 nights and were charged $60 per day for cleaning the 2nd bathroom which would have taken 30 seconds to straighten 1 hand towel. Their ‘policy’ is to charge for every day even though rooms are only cleaned after checkout.

Great location. Request a refurbished room.
Pros:

Excellent location very close to Broad Beach restaurant & retail hub.
Beachfront seaview and amazing views down toward Burleigh Heads
Lovely pool
Reception & management team friendly & helpful

Cons:

Classic room.. whilst clean and functional.. had dated decor.
Pool was great.. but spoiled by tradies working on pool grouting when could have been done after hours.
Irritating pool guest on phone every pool session disturbing the status quo.

Pros:

Room was excellent, location fantastic.

Cons:

Things were still in fridge from previous occupants.
Dishwasher still had utensils in from previous occupants.
Complimentary beach towels would have been helpful
