Superb hotel, but some of the staff members were so so
Pros:

Great hotel, beautiful buiding. Our room was spacious, clean and very charming. Great place to be. Unfortunately not totally pleased with the some staff members. There were 3 colleagues that have a different opinion about customer experience (breakfast girl: very busy with phone), bar tender (question was not answered) and waiter (probably did not have his best day of the week). The second night, we decided to eat at the neighbours because we did not feel welcome.

Cons:

Service of staff

Elevated but homely
Pros:

Welcoming and homely whilst well designed with both a sense of being earthy AND elevated

Cons:

Could 'up' the coffee game at breakfast and offer espresso, flat white etc in addition to standard cafetiere (available on menu but not offered verbally)
