Pros:

Localizaçao, estrutura e atendimento ao cliente. Gostaria de reconhecer a Ana (Mensageira), Joao (Recepçao), Carlos (carros), Rubia (arestaurante) e Moises que nos recebeu no primeiro dia. Tornaram a estada ainda melhor!

Great Staff, Nice Location but room for improvement.
Pros:

I liked the location as it was close to the beach and the staff in the restaurant as they wete super friendly and so helpful. We cant speak Portuguese snd they couldn't speak English but they really made sure we understood all what was available in the restaurant.

Cons:

We were not given the suite with a courtyard view we had reserved in the booking and arrived to find a room on the side with no view. We were then told there were no rooms other rooms available but after some discussion were found the correct room.
Algo the towels for the pool were collected from reception on the 3rd floor and the pool was on the 1st floor. We went to collect towels but reception was busy checking guests out so ended up using our own towels as there was a long wait.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi uma experiência excelente e muito marcante. Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis, silenciosos e bem cuidados, ideais para quem busca descanso. Além disso, o café da manhã é completo e muito saboroso, oferecendo ótimas opções. É o lugar perfeito para relaxar com qualidade e ter uma viagem inesquecível.

Cons:

A experiência foi perfeita do início ao fim. Gostei de absolutamente tudo, não tenho nenhuma reclamação.

Quartos amplos, boa estrutura para quem está a trabalho, equipado com mini cozinha. A área da piscina é muito agradável, próximo da praia.

Pros:

Excelente estrutura e serviços, localização e atendimento, café da manhã perfeito. Recomendaria sempre! Até os hóspedes merecem elogios, pois a boa energia do hotel era visível em todos.

Cons:

Só as camas de solteiro do nosso quarto, que poderiam ser maiores, são bem estreitas, mas isso na verdade nem interfere tanto assim, mas é um ponto.

Pros:

Hotel com atendimento excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos, localização boa e muitas opções dentro do hotel , o quarto é excelente com formato de cozinha acoplado dispondo de chaleira elétrica pra quem anda com criança e precisa fazer leite , facilitando bastante a estadia.
