Very accessible to nearby shopping centres and restaurants. Not too far from the airport
Maybe too expensive restaurant. Just walk a few minutes to get better pricing food.
Great location.
The facility is run down. After an extended stay there 3 years ago, it was surprising to see the facility is declining and looks very worn out.
Chipped furniture. Stains on walls, with peeling paint.
The room service was inconsistent, many items not replaced or cleaned, and the towel replacement program made no sense whatsoever.
The Internet was not functional. How can this be a business conference center? It wasn't just horribly slow, we could not even connect to it 80% of the time.

Staff were lovely, helping to organise transport to and from the hotel. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and very fresh. Hotel is across the street from a shopping venture which was handy to grab essentials and food. Pool area was nice.
I always love staying at this Hotel.
I dont like to key card access to any floor. Everytime we stay there its not only 1 room but more,since we have our Family from the province also. We cannot go to the floor where my Family staying.
Handy location, staff interactive & attentive, taxi affordable at entrance, buffet meals humongous.
