Comfortable accommodation and excellent food.
Pros:

Friendly and accomodating staff.

Cons:

Just a little reminder to switch to simpler and more understandable (slower pace) language rather than a fast English when talking to elderly who are locals.

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Facilities and location was good.

Cons:

They painted the room while I was out shopping. I came back exhausted and fell asleep. The fumes gave me a headache that lasted 2 days. I had to change the room Immediately.

Чистое белье на кроватях

Cons:

Крайне разочарованы проживанием. Сервис — на уровне дешёвого хостела, а не отеля, который пытается позиционировать себя выше.

Проблемы начинаются с базовых вещей — полотенца. При заселении их просто не было в номере. После обращения пришлось ждать несколько часов, и в итоге принесли ОДНО полотенце на двоих. Это не ошибка, это системная проблема, потому что с бассейном ситуация аналогичная — постоянная нехватка полотенец и ожидание. Причем при нехватке полотенец у бассейна начинают выдавать белые.

Организация массажа — отдельный позор. Нас никто не предупредил, что «спа-процедура» будет проводиться прямо в номере, без массажного стола. Массажистка пришла с рваными полотенцами. Это выглядит не как сервис, а как пародия на него. Естественно, я отказался от такого «массажа».

И вишенка на торте — попытка взять штраф за отмену услуги, которая изначально не соответствовала даже минимальным стандартам качества.

Полное отсутствие организации, контроля и уважения к гостям. Если вам важен элементарный комфорт и нормальный сервис — настоятельно рекомендую выбрать другой отель.

Breakfast was good. Location was good!

Cons:

We specifically chose this place for the balcony (so we could dry our clothes). On our second day, we heard noises coming from the balcony. Painters had climbed their way up to our balcony and set up station there to paint. They did this for two days. So random and disappointing. The hotel didn’t inform us this was happening either ☹️.

Det er null vedlikehold, spesielt ved pool area. Slitt og skittent pool, en poolbar som har et kjøkkenskap som døren er ødelagt , faller av vær gang den åpnes, derav kald drikke..
