Pros:

Breakfast buffet

Cons:

Staff taking so long when you request or ask something, also when we ask them if they have microwave just to reheat our food there is a charge just for reheating, and also you still need to sign a waver form that's how it takes so long

Really great place to stay between airport and ferry port with thing around to walk to. Stayed twice and enjoyed it both
Pros:

Location is great with access to Ayala mall just 3 minute walk away. Pool is nice.

Cons:

Our room need a little tlc , was clean tidy but had some issues with air condition unit squeaking which maintenance came and fixed but toilet squirt thing stuck open for a little while after releasing. TV didn’t work but reception where happy to go look

Good functionnal hotel in Cebu
Pros:

Very nice and functionnal hotel with easy access location. Not the most recent set up but clean and confortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet exceptional.

Perfect stay to catch a ferry, comfortable, convenient and great value for money.
Pros:

Great location to go to the port to catch a connecting ferry to islands the next morning. And also just a couple minutes walk to a massive shopping mall with big supermarket and food court. They also have a convenient 7/11 across the street.
We had an extra day and the head of concierge, Mr Ethan, was so lovely to make us the perfect last minute recommendation to spend the day. We had the bestest time thanks to him! All of the staff was lovely and helpful.

Cons:

A couple of things could be improved: making one extra towel available in the room for the hands/face, and please please please get rid of that chemical stinking perfume when we get through the hotel's main entrance.
The check-in process can be a little bit messy with the self-checkin machines which don't really work and someone still needs to come with you. On the checkout, the very last impression the customers get sometimes is really not the best feeling you want them to have: if you don't have a credit card on the account, when you check out, they ask you to wait a few minutes so they can verify the room before you leave...like we coul dbe criminals. This really isn't what a hotel should want to be remembered for.

Lovely relaxing experience in Boracay. Would absolutely stay here again
Pros:

A really incredible place. We past a lot of the other Hennans in Cebu and this one was by far our favourite. It was quieter, off the main beach front and still had its own charm. The layout of the resort is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool is incredibly cool, sometimes even too cold! Which can be a good thing on a hot day. Salamat sa lahat!

Cons:

The wifi was not the best, however. I went here for work and I had to sit outside on the balcony whenever I worked. The wifi is best on the lower floor, so if you are travelling for work it's best to get one of the rooms on floor level with the pool.

It could be so much better for the price!

The location is great, right next to Ayala Mall, good security / front desk staff.

Cons:

wifi doesn’t work, called multiple times & it wouldn’t even load a Google page

Low water pressure and no hot water on one day

Asked for a travel adaptor and had to call twice and wait over an hour
