Pros:

It was near where I needed to be
The aircon was brilliant

Cons:

Masking tape around the gaps between the windows.
The bedding hardly fitted the bed
All sockets was no where useful.and not enough of them.
There was not enough coffee as I like to have 2 cups in the morning before breakfast. and there was no tea in the room.
