Very frustrating. The worst experience we've had with any hotel facility.

We repeatedly called and emailed the office to report that the front door lock and deadbolt didn't work properly. We basically had to sleep in a room that was not secure. No reply to our messages

We also reported that the shower wasn't working properly. There was no water pressure and it was impossible to take a normal shower. No reply to our messages.

Finally we called and left another message asking for a different room. No reply!

When we left the next morning, we left a note in the office requesting a refund. No reply!

No communication whatsoever about significant problems that should have been addressed. Terrible customer service.

The stay was great, the pool could have been a bit cleaner round the scum line but my grandson had a fun time in it .

От аэропорта примерно 30 мин на такси. Отельчик расположен в красивом месте. До океана 20 мин пешком. Там можно сесть на water taxi (F7) и в другую сторону минут 20 до пешеходной улицы, где много кафе, магазинов. В нашем номере была большая и удобная кровать, очень много полотенец. Постельное белье хлопковое. День мы проводили вне отеля, а вечером нам очень нравилось сидеть на улице и смотреть на воду. В отеле есть бассейн. Мы провели полдня в бассейне, тёплая и чистая вода. Небольшая кухня содержит все необходимое для приготовления. Территория отеля очень аккуратная. Кроме того персонал поздравил нас с нашей годовщиной. Это было очень приятно.

Cons:

Нам все понравилось.
Единственное - было б хорошо если можно было бы сушить полотенца.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. Walked to restaurants and the beach

It was a two bath unit and one of the toilets ran if you didn't shake the handle, but it worked.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Fort Lauderdale
Pros:

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen um auch zu Fuß zum Stand zu laufen. Es ist ruhig direkt an einem der vielen Kanäle gelegen. Wir hatten eine kleine "Veranda" auf der man abends noch sitzen konnte. Das Zimmer (eher ein Apartment) war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Eine Steckdose hat nicht funktioniert, aber es gibt schlimmeres, da es genug gab.
Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Prettige locatie, fijn zwembad.

Cons:

Wij hadden de minste kamer, miste een buitenruimte. Erg veel lawaai in de kamer van eigen airco en waarschijnlijk de airco van de naastgelegen kamer.

Perfect villa
Pros:

A wonderful villa—we were given a beautiful and very well-maintained apartment. It had a nice kitchen, a comfortable living room, and bedrooms. The location is also convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street, which is lined with cafés.

Cons:

The registration process was a bit complicated, since we don't live in the U.S., so it was inconvenient to do it over the phone. But everything worked out 😊
