Awesome, exactly as advertised
Pros:

The breakfast

Cons:

My only comment is that heading north on South 42nd street it is easy to miss the turn into the property because the sleep inn and suites sign on the top of the building cannot be seen( at least at this time of year. A sign at the roadside would be helpful. Just a thought

As a whole this location is incredible!
Pros:

I like the location, but most of all I appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of the staff!

Cons:

The hot tub area was not very clean, with old band-aids and other pieces of garbage visible in the immediate area of the tub.

Overall a good hotel just a little more attention to detail of cleaning in the room.
Pros:

The Sleep Inn is a nice hotel. The Staff is very friendly and has a nice complimentary breakfast area with good food.

Cons:

The cleanliness in our room was not so good and the pool water was way too cold and not clean.

The hotel was clean and staff were amazing. Maintenance of items such as ice machines was lacking.
Pros:

Staff were great, location was good and the property was clean.

Cons:

There were a number of maintenance issues that were not attended to. For example ice and vending machines on different floors were out of order. The hot tub needed water added to it. The breakfast was mediocre.

Ok for price. Beds comfortable. Big box stores close.
Pros:

Close to interstate and speeds event we had tickets to.

Cons:

Hot tub was cold and tv didn’t work, therefore had an employee in our room for 30 minutes to fix. Bathroom fan didn’t work

Good stay for the night
Pros:

Found the room clean and smelling fresh with heat on and warm temperature bed was comfortable. Lobby was attractive and clean except for a dying plant next to the complimentary water dispenser. It was a Saturday morning for breakfast time looks like they had been hit hard. Still had a decent amount of food. Very good eggs potatoes and sausage. Seems like the pancake machine was not working or ran out of batter. Was not planning on staying the night in Grand forks but due to the weather they have closed roads North to Canada. So this was the last room. It was pricey due to the fact it was their last room they said. It is unfortunate they take advantage of people that get stranded.

Not nearly as nice as it used to be.
Pros:

Bed was comfy.

Cons:

At 10pm check in -Front lobby and dining room were dirty from wheel tracks and boots. Same as landing at elevator. Wasn’t cleaned up by 7am breakfast. Pancake machine cooked sediment onto pancakes. Sausage gravy burnt.
