Thin walls. We heard everything!
I was not given the type of room I paid for. Due to delays we did not arrive until 12:15 am the next day and I was too tired to confront the service desk after I discoverd the mistake. Stayed in the room anyway.
very good for the money. The cleaning lady was very efficient and brought towels daily. The beds were very comfortable.
The floor was filthy, our white socks turned black from the floor. The toilet handle had to be shook otherwise the toilet would not refill and the toilet made a loud piercing noise most of the night.
The smell of cleaner was too strong. The beds were not comfortable 😕
Worth what you pay for with this property. Ample space in the room.
No ironing board in the room! Also, close to the freeway which makes it nice and central but I was on the wall side of building 2 and heard a lot of traffic noise so perhaps request to be in building 1 further from the freeway.
Overall I and my wife were happy with staying. WE will come back and we recommended it to our family members. Thanks
The TV didn’t work, smells like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room..
Staff was rude, when told them
About my concern
I'm not sure just the staff. Oh the AC was strong and cold for the weather there.
It smelt like cigarettes, my pillows. The floors in the bathroom were tile and falling apart in some places. The breakfast bar was just regular coffee, it didn't even accommodate decaffeinated coffee for me. You will pay and extra 100$ for the room which is refundable when paying cash, no biggie just be prepared for that.
I like location price and room was comfortable and clean. Staff was accommodating. Thank you.
We stayed 3 nights. Housekeepers first day barely knocked and open our door but was friendly and gave us what we needed. Second day again housekeeping open our door without knocking i meant them at door, they asked if we needed anything I asked them to come back after we left to do room and empty trash and restock. We arrived that evening they emptied only bathroom trash and did nothing more, had to call office late and ask for towels and coffee. Really was looking forward to fresh beds. Our check out day housekeeping opened our door again at 9am we were still sleeping. Very uncool. I'd suggest the motel get door notices to warn housekeeping people are still in there and not to open the doors so quick and knock before opening. Please figure this out for the comfort of your renters. Door notices!!!!
We do tip good housekeeping!!
It was a place to stay and allowed pets, even if limited amount. It was similar to my stays at motel 6, but not nearly as loud (in terms of: no neighbors or people screaming outside the door lol). Staff were decent, friendly. Didn’t really interact with them.
I don’t like that they have a limited amount of pet rooms, I didn’t like the amount of cigarettes and empty NyQuil bottles littered all over the place. A lot of the lights in the room didn’t work. Our room smelled like cigarettes and there was a waiver I had to sign that said I’d agree to pay $250 if there was smell of smoke due to it being a non-smoking room… like of course it smells like smoke, you allow people inside the buildings without key-cards and they litter it with cigarettes. That doesn’t mean I smoke or caused the smell. We were warned by reviews and family to lock our door (obviously) and to never go outside alone lol.
