The staff were great. The facilities need improvement.
Pros:

I liked that we could have our dog there with us.

Cons:

Because we had a dog, we were able to have our rooms close together. The pet area was large rocks and not grass or bark. It was quite uncomfortable for my dog to walk on. The room we were in was much smaller than expected with two queen beds. The wasn't an iron or ironing board.There was only one ice machine at the office and we were pretty far away. The pool was closed for repairs but that was not mentioned on the booking site. My wife found a tick on her in the morning.

Cons:

The room was unclean with mold in the bathroom. The power went out during our first night there. The pool was closed the entire time. One staff approved a late check out and didn't communicate so the other staff went into the room at the normal time, scared my dog, then called repeatedly. Also the room had fleas.

Necessary stay.
Pros:

Easy to find location, close to gas, food and store.

Cons:

The beds were extremely hard, toilet was to tall for my toddler, pool was non-useable, the tv worked 1/2 the time and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable

I enjoyed the pool, though it was chilly. The room was large enough to be comfortable with guests.
Cleaned rooms and common areas.

There was a room. The AC worked. The front desk was super friendly.

Cons:

The toilet didn't flush right and sprayed water everywhere. The door only locked in very specific ways. Their ice machine was growing mold and leaking everywhere. The shower had a super strange knob that blasted boiling hot water or ice cold water with no mixing. The heat lamp was blown out. I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs...

I think we will consider staying somewhere else next visit.

very clean, pleasant staff

Cons:

Parking lot needs to be repaved, was difficult to use walker with the parking lot in such poor condition. The drapes were not functional. They had about six hooks not hooked to rod, so it hung odd. Drapes would not open or close properly, had to use a hair clip to keep the drape closed so passerby couldn't see in, and the sun didn't shine in. Had to keep shaking the toilet handle to keep it from running. The bathroom door needed to be replaced, looked like it had been kicked in. Bathroom fan was very loud. Could hear all the other tenants coming and goings until 3am. If you don't like flat pillows bring your own from home.
