Pleasant stay, great staff. Nice room and great location. Centeral to everythng.
Pros:

The staff was great and very helpful! The Inn is in a great location. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with high-quality towels.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was dim. The carpet was bumpy, posing a slight tripping hazard. It was also a little stained. Nothing is perfect! Great stay

Pros:

Room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable, Eugene is notorious for raising prices weekends with football games, this hotel is not worth the $300 plus it is charging. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired and is not the most comfortable.

Quick stay in Eugene
Pros:

Beautiful roadside stay. The grounds and the rooms (we had two rooms) are clean and updated. So clean things felt brand new. Paul, the manager, was helpful anytime needed and like I mentioned housekeeping was exceptional.
Price point is very affordable.
Only caveat is the actual location of this gem. It's in a slightly rougher section of town. Not really a walkaround neighborhood.
Did I mention snacks and bottled water in the room?

Pros:

The motel property and lobby are tidy and well cared for by the owner, who is courteous. Our room was wonderfully clean and it felt refreshing after traveling. When staying at hotels, the cleanliness is always my top priority and this was very clean. We stayed here because we liked the character of the renovation and proximity to the airport.
