Pros:

Apesar do apartamento ser pequeno é bastante funcional, faltou luggage rack no quarto.

Cons:

A máquina de café da manhã do lobby estava sem funcionar ( out of order) durante os três dias de nossa estadia!

Great location, quiet room as requested and lovely view over Lincoln's Inn Fields.
Pros:

Great location but unfortunately due to refurbishments works there was no breakfast available on site, which we were only told about on arrival.

Cons:

We were offered vouchers for breakfast to be uses at a Wetherspoons pub, as no breakfast was available at hotel due to refurbishment. I would not normally go to a Wetherspoons pub for anything so we handed back the breakfast vouchers and got a refund.

It was alright.
Pros:

Good hotel overall. Great location.

Cons:

The staff were not hugely friendly or helpful. I left an item of clothing in the wardrobe and I’ve heard nothing about it.

Great location, WiFi was the best I’ve had in a hotel and the staff were great. We could of been told before we arrived

L'emplacement, la propreté de l'Hotel, la chambre, les boissons chaudes à disposition.
Possibilité de laisser les valises ou sac à doc à la conciergerie avant le check in et après le check out

Cons:

l'hotel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner. Si vous réservez la chambre avec petit déjeuner, il faut penser à demander la carte créditée de 10£ qui est à utiliser au Shakespeare's Head - JD Wetherspoon. Demander à la réception comment y accéder par l'arrière de l'hotel 2min à pied . Aucun Intérêt
A notre arrivée, la personne de la réception a fait un effort pour parler lentement (notre anglais est un peu léger), mais pour la suite cela a été compliqué de comprendre, parlait trop vite et ne faisait aucun effort pour s'adapter à notre compréhension, dommage.
