Great hotel with friendly, attentive staff. The rooms are impeccable, and the 24‑hour beverage machine in the lobby was a fantastic touch. The entire team — from the front desk to housekeeping to security — works seamlessly together. I felt genuinely welcomed as a valued guest and was always treated with a smile, respect, and prompt attention to anything I needed. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Perfekte Lage und sehr sauber.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber.
Kaffee und Wasser zum mitnehmen. Im Zimmer war alles was man braucht für einen Städtetrip. Genug Platz etc.

Cons:

Der Duschvorhang brauche ich nicht. Man hat genug Platz das ich dieses Ding nicht berühren muss aber eine Duschwand wäre besser.

Hôtel rénové, propre, calme, dans le centre.

Hôtel rénové, moderne, très propre et calme. A quelques minutes à pieds de Covent Garden. Chambre spacieuse, propre, fer et planche à repasser à disposition. Machine à café et bouilloire à disposition. Le lit bébé était bien prêt à notre arrivée. Literie très
confortable. Au rdc salon agréable, distributeur de boissons chaudes à notre disposition ainsi que des fontaines d'eau aux étages. Vraiment très bien. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages lors du check out, afin de profiter de Londres sans ennui avant de prendre l'avion.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, a coffee machine with coffee pods, and a bathroom stocked with a variety of shampoo and soap products. Housekeeping was excellent and the room was cleaned every day.
One of the highlights was the complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and drinking water available in the lobby 24/7, which was especially appreciated since bottled water in London can be quite expensive.
The location was perfect—quiet enough for a good night’s sleep while still being within walking distance of the city centre and many shops and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We even arrived an hour and a half before check-in, and since our room was ready, they kindly let us check in early, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

the third bed (sofa bed) could be better.
