Other than what was mentioned above, I will make this location my spot to stop when visiting
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff during both of my stays. The rooms were clean and quiet. So many amenities which made it comfortable and convenient.

Cons:

This pertains to the handicap room I stayed in on my first stop and why I didn't score higher. Both concerns are located in the handicap bathroom.
The shower stall chair. You should put a sign that confirs the weight bearing capacity of the chair. It did not seem very stable and if someone did sit down without bracing themselves assuming they would be supported, they could get severely hurt. Imaging if they are handicapped and alone in that bathroom after a fall?
The second isn't as severe but could still be a cause of concern. The toilet paper dispenser has a metal shelf like cover so low and close to the actual toilet that, for a large person or someone with a handicap could cut themselves. For morbidly obese people its humiliating to try to properly cate fir themselves without being scratched or pinched by this item. Suggest it matches the set up of your regular rooms or place it higher so the person has more leg room.

The room looked nice and was clean

Cons:

Staff talked to you as if you are dumb, interrupt you and make you feel bad for bringing up an issue. And there was no hot water at all for the shower.

Cons:

In the room's bathroom, the tub was dirty and had mold, and one of the beds had a metal part sticking out; when I got up to go to the bathroom, I hit my foot on it. It hurt a lot, and I ended up with a bruise on my ankle.

We LOVE La Quinta!
Pros:

Everything at La Quinta Auburn, Washington was superior.
We'll be staying with La Quinta again and telling others what a great experience we had. Made the stress of the road disappear as we relaxed in our room.
