Poor Review on Ibis Hotel Bandung
Pros:

Hotel is really dirty. There no fresh linens, hair of previous client was on the pillow. 2 pillows don’t even have pillow cases. Molds are in the bathroom. The hotel slippers has been previosuly used ans was not replaced. The aircondition was not working and was only set at 32deg Celsius. The shower gel was diluted with water. I requested for a non-smoking floor but they put me on the smoking floor and when I asked to be transferred, the staff on duty lied to me that it was a non smoking floor. The smell of cigarette was all over the room. The supervisor the next day confirmed it was indeed a smoking floor. There were flies all over at breakfast. Not a good value for money. The room was totally disgusting.

the stay was beyond my thoughts. it's comfortable and nice staffs

The breakfast are good and various. It is strategic. Unfortunately, the swimming area was already close for Ibis Studio guest(s)

Would never stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible & distributed in a huge area. You get your eggs inside then have to walk 30 meters outside to get your toast. Food not fresh. Same food everyday. Toilet in room was terrible. Nothing good about this hotel except for location.
