Nice outside , but some pathways on grounds need trimmings ,inside room could use some work

Outside of the building and friendly staff

Cons:

Advert said double room had bath/shower but only shower, wall in shower damp crumbling away and few spiders crushed on wall in shower that have not been cleaned , one of the towels was damp

Prachtige kamer, goed personeel en geweldig ontbijt

Cons:

Toegankelijkheid minder valide, niet gemakkelijk , na melding goede oplossing.
Helaas alles zag er keurig uit maar de matrassen zorgden bij ons beiden voor rugpijn.

Magnifique Hôtel plein de charme !
Pros:

Le cadre de l'hôtel qui est magnifique....
La place de parking
L'accueil
La décoration
Le lit très confortable
La chambre
Les services en chambre (cafetière, bouteilles d'eau...)

Le petit déjeuner bon, variés.

Cons:

La chambre superbe mais pas de porte pour séparer la chambre de la salle de bain.

Sûrement hôtel en travaux : électricité câbles électriques apparents (on voit que ce n'est pas un manque d'entretien)

Ce n'est pas un défaut mais c'est bien de le savoir

Un tres beau lieu, fort confortable.
Pros:

Les chambres viennent d’être refaites, rien à redire elles sont spacieuses et confortables ! Le parc est immense vraiment un très beau lieu.

Cons:

Un peu l’impression qu’il n’y avait pas de personnels , seul bémol concernant ce séjour !

Я зупинився в готелі, тому що була зарядка для автомобіля. Але я не зміг нею скористатися, так як сам не зміг розібратись як її запустити. А працівника на рецепції не було і по телефону працівник не змогла пояснити як це зробити. Все інше чудово.

Lokasyon ve mimari kesinlikle farklı bir deneyim yaşatıyor . Harika bir kahvaltı eşliğinde otele ait olan bahçede oturma şansımız oldu

3 aile gittik 2 çocuğumuzda bu bahçe ve oynama alanlarında çok güzel vakit geçirdik.

Odalar tamamen yenilenmiş ve tertemizdi .

Otelin sahibide çok kibardı ve bizle ilgilendi.

Brüj historıuma sadece 9 dk merkezde çok yakın

Pros:

Mooie plek, vooral de tuin. Heel goed en verzorgd ontbijt. Was zeker in orde wat hygiëne betreft.

Cons:

Er mankeerde wel een kast of leggers om kleren te leggen. Het bed stond kort tegen de deur. Had wel de mogelijkheid gewillen om een extra kussen te kunnen hebben. Ontbrak ook een kleine koelkast (geen luxe met dit weer). Ook een telefoon om de receptie te bereiken ontbrak.

Un promier les exterieux tres beau tres propre. Interieur idem

Perfect dream hotel.
Pros:

It’s like a dream castle hotel. Breakfast was good.
Location was really good will come back again in the future and can recommend to anyone.

Cons:

Pillows wasn’t comfortable as there was lots of lumps which wasn’t comfortable. We did not asked new pillow as we were only staying one night.

Mooie grote kamer, vernieuwd, met uitzicht op de grote tuin, gratis parkeren, expressomachine op de kamer (met pads); grote regendouche, afzonderlijk toilet en stille airco, gelukkig maar want het was buiten 36 graden C.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niets speciaals: heel beperkte keuze en duurzaamheid was ver te zoeken. De kwaliteit van het ontbijt paste niet bij de kwaliteit van de kamer en het hotel (in de prijs inbegrepen).

Le cadre exceptionnel, la suite avec terrasse un vrai bonheur. Emplacement calme et, pratique que ce soit pour aller dans le centre de Brugge ou vers la mer Belgique ou Pays Bas.
L'accueil agréable et sympa

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé être informé du supplément pour le chien, nous comprenons le supplément toutefois le montan tde 40 €/jour nous semble trop
