Firstly, we went there for just one night, but the location is very central. The owners, a lovely couple, are incredibly helpful with everything. You can communicate in Italian, English, or Bulgarian. In the morning, they prepare an amazing breakfast, and the place itself is truly authentic. Despite my broken English, I was able to chat for hours with the Italian gentleman, who patiently explained everything slowly and clearly. When he noticed I didn’t understand something, he would kindly repeat it using different words. We were so happy to meet them. Hope to see you again on our next trip to Bulgaria!
The friendliness of the couple running this hotel. Their willingness to help me at 06.30 AM with my luggage as there is no elevator.
I booked a suite with a balcony, but I don't think it was a suite. It were 2 adjoining bedrooms with in 1 a small coffee table and 1 chair, and in the other were 2 highbacked chairs which not only didn't sit comfortably, but were extremely heavy and difficult to move to the balcony and back late evening (as there wasn't a seating arrangement on the balcony). Breakfast was OK, but pretty standard. No buffet where you can take what you want, but pre-ordered options. So all in all, a nice place but not worth 100 euros a night.

Owner of the hotel and his wife are very friendly people. They hosted me very nicely. The room was very clean and cossy. Wifi connection is quite good. The room was very large.
The location is only handicap.
Restaurant was closed. Poor location. Would not have stayed here had we known. Not sure which of their relatives wrote some of their reviews.

My stay at the Rimini Club was pleasant from beginning to end. The receptionist was charming, the music stimulating, and the decor very tasteful. I will be staying at the Rimini Club on all my trips to Shumen in the future.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was also very good. We would definately stay her again if we return to Shumen.
