MAGNÍFICO HOTEL FAMILIAR PARA DESCANSAR
Pros:

Es un Hotel familiar, con muy pocos huéspedes, muy tranquilo para descansar. Es llevado excepcionalmente por su personal, muy especialmente por la Dirección, Bruno hace que tu estancia sea inolvidable. Están siempre pendientes de ti y de lo que puedas necesitar, les solicité una sugerencia y me atendieron de inmediato. Son gente estupenda y muy profesionales. Sin ninguna duda, volveré en mi próxima estancia a Sain Tropez.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoß mit Terrasse, auf der Ebene des Parkplatzes. Zimmer angemessen groß, Bad recht klein. Frühstücksangebot ok. Vermieter sehr nett. Strand in ca. 300 m Entfernung. S.Tr. mit Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Duschabfluß verstopft, Tür der Duschkabine defekt. WC-Sitz lose. Terrassenmöbel verschmutzt. Für einen Ausflug nach S.Tr. dennoch zu empfehlen, wenn man das dortige Preisgefüge betrachtet.

Esperienza disgustosa. Una delle peggiori strutture in cui abbia mai soggiornato.
Questa struttura è una vera e propria topaia. Camera consegnata in ritardo nonostante il check-in fosse stato confermato, sporca ovunque: polvere, capelli, ragni sul pavimento, lenzuola e cuscini sporchi. Il bagno era indecente, con lo scarico della doccia che non funzionava e l'acqua che ristagnava continuamente.
La cosa più grave è che una delle porte della camera era rotta e non si chiudeva, lasciandoci esposti a un serio problema di sicurezza per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
Ogni segnalazione è stata ignorata con arroganza, sostenendo addirittura che la camera fosse "perfettamente pulita". Nessuna soluzione, nessuna assistenza e nessun rispetto per gli ospiti.
Una struttura trascurata, sporca e gestita in modo completamente approssimativo. Le foto parlano da sole.
State alla larga. Ci sono posti che deludono le aspettative, questo invece non dovrebbe nemmeno essere affittato ai clienti.

Pros:

This hotel is like a private Villa with 2 pools. Great location, 7 min to the port of St Tropez and center by car. The staff was friendly and helpful. U will feel like home. We arrived early, they offered us another room to change meanwhile. We booked a triple room, it was spacious with AC.

Cons:

Doesnt have soap or shampoo, we had to ask for it. They should add more items to the room relatively to their prices.
