Cambio de alojamiento
Pros:

El día anterior nos cambiaron de alojamiento, nos pareció mejor el nuevo asignado pero está más lejos del centro. Nosotros buscábamos cercanía a terminal y en ese sentido estaba igual de proximidad.

Cons:

El cambio de alojamiento sin margen para plantearnos si queríamos cambiar de lugar. Siendo a 24 horas de llegada ya no podíamos anular la reserva.

Cons:

Lugar muito esquisito, prédio esquisito, mas de fato é perto da estação de trem. A rua tem muitos moradores de rua e o prédio lá dentro é bem estranho. Tinha uma senhora cheia de malas das escadas, tipo moradora de rua. Na madrugada ouvimos gritos. Porém no prédio cada andar é de uma coisa, então o grito pode não ter sido no hotel. Me senti insegura estando com uma amiga mulher. Mas o hotel em si, é minimamente arrumadinho, mas como não tem recepção 24 horas me deixou mais insegura. Só vale se você realmente precisar economizar ou precisar estar bem perto da estação. Se estiver com homens no grupo deve ser menos pior a sensação de insegurança.

Ho provato più volte a contattarli, essendo all'estero, per avere conferma sulla prenotazione effettuata. Non mi hanno risposto mai in tempo utile, lasciandomi allo sbaraglio. Siamo una famiglia con due disabili, ci hanno messo in enorme difficoltà. Hanno prelevato lo stesso l'importo, ed io non so come chiedere il rimborso.
