Friendly staff, clean and affordable stay, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant. Facilities were basic, yet very clean and accommodating. Short walk to Formigine and easy access to Modena and Maranello. Stayed here for the Memorial Enzo Ferrari half-marathon.

As the road from the hotel to Maranello is closed on the lead up to the race, be aware that you won't be able to get a bus to the start of the event.

Cons:

Nothing negative to write about my stay. Fantastic value for money and everything was very well taken care of.

Best place to stay at Modena, with a great location

The place was and staff were excellent

Cons:

The entrance could be improved, illuminated to look the part, it's a hotel after all

The WiFi is a zero, could be extended, we live in a digital world and lodging at a place without sufficient coverage is a no no. It can be made better
