اول شي عطوني غرفه المكيف مالها واااايد حرررر وانتظرت إلى العصر عساس تبر الغرفه وبعدين طلبت من الإستقبال بتبديل الغرفه وعطوني غرفه اخس من الغرفه ياالي كنت فيها وهم المكيف جهنم والمترس مال السرير نازل حده من كثر الاستخدام الصراحه الفندق مايسوى احد يروح له وشكرا

Pros:

Since we entered the hotel, everyone welcomed us with a beautiful smile. The Security, Mr. Eli was helpful, receptionist Mohammad from Nepal and from Morocco, the housekeeping staff from Nepal and I think from India as well, all of you are awesome. The room 102 is very beautiful and comfortable. We got the delicious breakfast with the room in affordable price which is the best option for the couple living separately in foreign. We expect the same facility in future from you, beautiful people.
I and my wife give you bunch of thanks for your service. Thanks a lot God bless you all🙏😇
