Je suis partie apres seulement 1 nuit alors que jen avait reserver 2... mais impossible de dormir

We zijn hier al vaker geweest, komen ieder jaar voor zaken in deze regio, maar dit jaar viel ons een paar dingen tegen.

Ligging, rust en zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het was extreem warm. Er zijn geen kamers met airco, maar dat wisten we, maar er was ook geen ventilator op de kamer, dat hadden ze met deze temperaturen gewoon minstens op elke kamer moeten hebben staan. Ook het ontbijt, viel een beetje tegen. Soms waren er bepaalde producten er niet, zoals yoghurt bijv. Beleg boor op brood wat beperkt.

The reality does not live up to the promise of the web site.

Chose a 4 person suite because the price looked good, it was a big room, but on the top floor with no cooling and small windows. It was a challenge to get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably.

The top corridor was painted dark brown and was very gloomy. It was clear that some of the lower floors had been refurbished more recently.

The tarte flambee was quite acceptable as an entrée but the main courses of Filet de Sandre and the Choucroute were unremittingly bland. It was very disappointing that a regional speciality was much worse than the version cooked at home.

Klimatizace nebo větráky na pokoji velmi chybělo v období horkých dní . Ledničku na pokoji bych taky přivítala . Spoustu otravného hmyzu vosy mouchy v restauraci při jídle, na chodbách. Je to nepříjemné když se za každým soustem oháníte při jídle .... Jinak je to pěkné ubytování lokalita super. Snídaně velmi chutné , personál ochotný milý . Ráda bych se tam vracela ale za těchto podmínek nedoporučuji.

Wir suchten spontan ein Hotel auf der Rückreise. Schönes Gebäude mit stilvoll eingerichtetem Empfangsbereich.
Zimmer und Badezimmer waren einfach eingerichtet und sauber.
Da das Restaurant ausgebucht war besuchten wir ein Restaurant in der Gegend. Es gibt viele Alternativen in den benachbarten Ortschaften welche größtenteils aus wunderschönen Fachwerkhäusern bestehen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr warm und es kühlte trotz groß geöffneten Fenstern nicht ab.

Nie mehr wieder diese Hotel !

Das Hotel liegt am Ortsrand, kaum Verkehr, deshalb sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe. Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. TV nur in Französisch. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier mussten eigens angefordert werden, da die Zimmermädchen manchmal gar nicht das Zimmer aufgeräumt haben.

Soweit okay, kommt aber nicht auf unsere Bestenliste
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt schön ruhig an den Weinbergen, man kann direkt loslaufen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich in unseren Fall mit Balkon und Blick auf die Weingärten. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltiges Angebot.

Cons:

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht dass wir im Restaurant abends abgewiesen wurden weil wir nicht reserviert hatten. Das hätte uns die Dame beim einchecken auch fragen können, wir waren recht zeitig zum Checkin. Da die Lage recht abseits ist war es dann aufwändig und mit Autofahrt verbunden noch was zu essen zu bekommen. Der Empfang insgesamt war nicht gerade von Herzlichkeit geprägt.

Es war ok aber nicht zum wiederhingehen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön in den Reben und ruhig!!Ausser das die Alarmanlage um 2Uhr früh losging.Fehlalarm.
Das Personal war bemüht aber etwas überfordert.

Cons:

Schöne Liegenschaft die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Die Umgebung war leider nicht sehr gepflegt.Volle Aschenbecher,schon länger nicht mehr gejätet….
