Please note that guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa outside these hours: 13:00–16:00.

The spa opening hours are 10:00–21:00.

Please note that use of the spa is not included in the room rates and carries a supplement. It is mandatory to reserve the spa time in advance of your arrival.

[Please note that group will be considered for reservations of more than 6 rooms or 12 people. In this case the hotel will charge 50% of the total reservation as a deposit. If cancellation is made ten days or more after the reservation is made, the deposit will not be refunded.

For weekend stays, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount to the client's card 3 days in advance.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies.

In the spa it is mandatory to use a bathing cap and flip flops, you can bring them or buy them at the spa.

The hotel has bathrooms for people ostomates in the common areas.

Payment for the stay is mandatory upon arrival at the hotel.
