The spa opening hours are 10:00–21:00.
Please note that use of the spa is not included in the room rates and carries a supplement. It is mandatory to reserve the spa time in advance of your arrival.
[Please note that group will be considered for reservations of more than 6 rooms or 12 people. In this case the hotel will charge 50% of the total reservation as a deposit. If cancellation is made ten days or more after the reservation is made, the deposit will not be refunded.
For weekend stays, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount to the client's card 3 days in advance.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies.
In the spa it is mandatory to use a bathing cap and flip flops, you can bring them or buy them at the spa.
The hotel has bathrooms for people ostomates in the common areas.

Nice to have a bidet in the room next to the toilet. Spa was available partly for kids but not completely. Friendly staff. Good restaurants around the hotel.
The room b105 is dark, warm dungeon. Airco was dirty and hardly working. Ventilation difficult without compromising privacy. The spa is very expensive for what you get. Turkish sauna was more a wetthy room without steam. The power jets are strong. My advice is to use this hotel for one night as a stop to the next destination.

Todo, muy acogedor, el entorno muy bonito, habitacion super amplia para 2 adultos y 2 niños, las camas muy comadas.

The restaurant’s food was horrible for the price we paid, and the spa was quite expensive too (the hammam was not even functional)

A simpatia, o conforto, a localização e o pequeno almoço que era incrível. Não usamos o Spa, mas fomos visitar as instalações e gostámos muito do que vimos.

Everything. The staff in the restaurant were lovely both in the evening and at breakfast. Reception were very helpful. Plenty of sin gluten food for breakfast.
