ملاصق لمول فيلاجيو اعجبني نظافته وشراحة المكان الموظفون غاية في الادب واللطف خاصة عند باب الدخول مع ابتسامة جميلة طلبت من موظفة لا اعرفها تمديد ساعتين عند المغادرة وافقت على ذلك شكراً لها

Cons:

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and in an excellent location for walking and running enthusiasts.
However, I faced a serious issue during my stay. I booked a non-smoking suite, yet on the first night, strong cigarette smoke came from the neighboring room. I contacted reception, and they said the issue was handled.
The hotel later sent security, who confirmed that the guest next door was smoking. The guest apologized, but unfortunately, the same issue happened again the following night, even worse.
When I contacted reception again, I was surprised that I was asked to change my room, despite the fact that the neighboring guest was clearly violating the non-smoking policy.
I find this unacceptable. The policy should have been enforced from the first incident by addressing or relocating the violating guest, not the affected one.
This situation seriously affected my sleep and left me feeling unfairly treated.
