Hotel Promise

Économic room are located at the back side of the building. You can hear very loudly the sound of a disco in the courtyard playing music all night.
Window was broken, water tap in the shower.
Not recommended if you want to sleep.

One of the worst stay experiences yet. I arrived and waited 30 minutes before they finally got me checked-in. How is it that only one staff can do this. The lift to my floor is broken so I had to carry my luggage one floor up. The room is tiny, there’s no tea table or any table. No closet, just a few hangers attached to the wall. There’s no view from the window, just another building across. The bathroom and toilet is 10 cm apart, no curtain or glass to separate so the shower basically splash everywhere. There’s no towel, no floor mattress anywhere, and no sandals. Basically just a bed with AC and a small bathroom. Overall cleanliness is bad, the bed sheet and pillow are not clean.

The only good thing is that if you are a smoker is allowed to smoke in room all other things are wrong, dirty and not working.

L’hôtel était très sale on a changé d’une chambre standard à une chambre double deluxe mais toujours le même problème de saleté des cafards partout pas d’eau chaude la chasse des toilettes ne marche pas deux nuit après on a quitté l’hôtel même si on a payé pour trois nuit

Nice crew, Good management. Although I was the one with little issue, they never bring it up to my face.They understood my situation.

The hotel rooms were awful and smells very bad, Upon check in I've paid the room price and i couldn't stay in the room and i went to another hotel

The place is horrible, none of the pictures are actually true to what the rooms are. The rooms are dirty, sheets are old, pillows are old and have molds on them. there is no cleaning of the room once you check in. the bathroom smells moldy and old. the bathroom is not clean, dark and dirty. They are not helpful and rude, they did not give me the room I reserved, they said it was not ready and they will give it to me the next day, when I went they said no stay in the room you are in, I left for 2 days on a trip in turkey, I came I saw the room all cleaned and everything I had in it was taken out. they did all that without asking me or apologizing. The internet is horrible. Overall, I would not recommend this room.

They first gave me a room that was extremely dirty and in terrible condition. After complaining, they said you should pay more $25 to give you a standard room. They even didn't reimburse my money. staff very unprofessional

I missed first day because of flights and when I came second day they had no room. They put me in room next door and it was 2/10 but after 40 hours traveling I needed rest. By next morning the room opened up and was put back at promise and compared to room I was in this was 8/10 for sure. I was not looking for fancy just clean and comfortable, staff was super helpful I had booked for 3 days so I could get here and find where I wanted to stay for duration and I did leave. I would stay again as transitional hotel while looking for the amenities I want during holiday very friendly helpful staff.

Very bad hotel, very bad rooms, small rooms, dirty rooms, dirty washroom, poor system, reception little bit cooperative, all was bad, recommend people dont stay in promise hotel,

This hotel is infested with cockroaches ,every time you reach your room , you need to kill at least a dozen that are roaming around including your mattress and pillow.
the situation is horrible , when receptionist was informed he just showed up with a locally made solution that he sprays around and does nothing and the next day the insect infestation prevails.

after a long wait I was not accommodated. I moved to another hotel

I came at 3:00 AM , My room wasn’t ready because they give it to another one .
The staff was drunk in hotel .
For me , I can’t be in this hotel after this night.

Very very bad

No heaters, electricity turns off few times a day randomly, no WiFi it only works in the reception lobby, they don’t clean your room unless you have to keep asking, every day you see handful of cockroaches and other bugs crawling under the bed and tables, toilet is disgusting and smells of dead rats the toilet it’s all brown and black from dirt that they don’t clean, owner is a scammer be prepared to pay extra 10% on arrival by card or have the option to pay by cash and end up paying double if you’ve paid by card already

Bad Bad bad dirtey Bad location

This is a good option for budget travellers ($20 for a single room with a shower), but in a quite noisy area so prepare not to sleep until 4am, especially on the weekend. I always stay in this hotel bc it's just an overnight for me in transit between 2 countries, you cant find a cheaper centrally located clean place with a helpful staff like Promise

close to taksim square but not good organazation. The hotel’s facilities were very poor and the state of rooms were unexpectable.

Horrible. So bad that I don't even want to relive the experience long enough to leave a review. The room was filthy, the bathroom looked like something out of a science fiction movie. I left after the first night after having paid (and not reimbursed) for six.
If I was put on this earth for any reason at all, it was to keep you from suffering the indignity of just stepping into the lobby of this dump.
