Ci sono stato tre anni fa con la mia fidanzata e sono ritornato ora con mio figlio neonato..Tutto perfetto come 3 anni fa camera spaziosa e pulita.Ho chiesto ai ragazzi al reception se potevo ritardare il ceck out per permettere a mio figlio di mangiare in stanza e mi hanno dato piena disponibilità. Tutto perfetto

Il frigo in camera non funziona tanto bene infatti ho dovuto buttare il latte di mio figlio.Da dire che per non disturbare non ho reclamato…sono sicuro che avrebbero risolto

Non pensiate sia un 4*, ne ha perse 2 per strada! Staff non all’altezza così come la colazione

Hotel e Staff non da 4* (tavoli della colazione con stoviglie usate che non vengono sparecchiati e la gente non sa dove sedersi; intanto lo staff è fuori dalla cucina seduto a terra a parlare. Colazione senza tovaglietta, appoggi stoviglie sul tavolo. Chiusura porta camera rotta, lo faccio presente e “si lo sappiamo” .. se lo sai fai aggiustare subito non attendere sia il cliente a segnalare che non riesce a chiudere la porta. L’indomani dicono di aver sostituito il blocchetto in realtà il problema c’era ancora.

Tranquila e agradável.
Pros:

Os funcionários foram todos muito prestáveis e atenciosos.
A limpeza também foi muito boa.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, sugiro, apenas, que incluam fruta no pequeno almoço.

There were some shortcomings, it was okay overall. The breakfast was good, but there was no mosquito net and no kettle.
