The two if us had the most amazing time at this hotel, the staff are incredible- always happy to help! The pool is amazing with great views of Bodrum, and massive spa with big pool, sauna, steam and massages! Feeling fully relaxed after a fab week! Thank you Hillstone i would give 10 stars if i could!!! :)))
I want to thank and congratulate all the breakfast, lunch and dinner team, they were simply amazing, very very friendly, specially Ayse Tas and Leyla Tas, wishing to come back again to this great Hotel.
Lovely hotel and amazing staff! Beautiful views and relaxed vibe. Various selection for breakfast although I think hot food options were limited.
Pool and room were clean, water added to the mini bar daily and pool towels provided. There were other little perks that made the stay even better.
5 mins drive to the town walking is possible but the hill is quite steep. My biggest compliment to the staff they were lovely.
We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were excellent—warm, caring, and always smiling. A special thank you to Ilknur Ayut, and Ibrahim, who truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable.
The resort was very clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. It wasn’t very busy during our stay, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. We loved the location of the resort, perched high on a hill. Although it was hot, we enjoyed a lovely breeze at the top.
Breakfast lacked variety, which may have been due to the low number of guests at the time. We had opted for half board—the food was nice, but I was a little disappointed that it wasn't buffet-style. The same menu was served all week, and while we got used to it, my personal preference would be a buffet for more variety.
To get to the city, we used the taxi service, which was reasonably priced. After a few days, we started walking there, but always took a taxi back due to the uphill climb to the resort.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay. However, for Muslim travellers, it’s worth noting that most of the guests were European, and you may not see many people dressed modestly, so swimming would be uncomfortable there not like other places I have stayed in.

very comfortable and clean hotel with nice stuff and beitifull pool with new blankets and towels and bar all around the clock.
Unfortunately at the restaurant nobody speaks English so no way to order sparkling water or ask for anything etc..
Spa, Fitness, beach shuttle we did not use..
We had an incredible time at Hillstone. The hotel staff were the true highlight, exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The grounds are beautiful, the suites are spacious, and the breakfast buffet and spa were fantastic.

Fantastic find and great prices for a 5 star hotel , I arrived and I had booked the wrong dates but Hamiyet one off the managers and mustafa sorted it all out with no hassle then a lovely young man , mehnet guided me to my room lovely with a balcony, pool and spa area is better than the pictures very trendy and everywhere was spotless , food is fab and the staff are extra nice and so helpful, truly fantastic value for money

This hotel is lovely. Very clean and the facilities were excellent. The pool area is great. A big mention to all the staff who were friendly and helpful. Ayse and her sister Leila, Soner and lovely lady who cleaned our room, Breakfast good with nice variety. Hotel 5 minute taxi ride to Bodrum. Was happy on some days just to relax by the pool. Massage at Spa was so relaxing and my partner loved the Hamam.
We arrived at The Hillstone on 13th August for a 10 day stay and we were immediately upgraded to fabulous rooms next to the pool.
The view from the pool is absolutely breathtaking overlooking Bordrum harbour and Kos in the distance.
We booked bed and breakfast because we taxi down to Bodrum town centre every evening which is around £5 each way. It’s a 25 minute walk but not for us in August thanks! Hundreds of lush restaurants and great shopping with all the usual handbags, sunglasses and genuine fake clothes lol!
Anyway back to The Hillstone…. Super fabulous pool, great food and very friendly staff but a special mention to Ayse, Leyla and Soner, they are a credit to the hotel, not only incredibly hardworking but lovely happy people who cannot do enough for you, Thanks guys and keep being wonderful.

Manager in this hotel has been trained to understand that the customer is always wrong this is endorsed by the owner. Customer service is a disgrace !!! Hotel has the potential to be a 4 star hotel and never a 5 star it’s old and dated, with the current management it’s more like a 2 star and that’s a shame. Nice views of bodrum, rooms are very tired, bath leaks and the air conditioning is completely non functional. This hotel also has a habit of charging customers twice which has happened to me on 2 occasions with no resolution or response or concern from any of the management.
The management of this hotel are an insult to humanity and that’s being kind !!! Air conditioning doesn’t work, bath leaks, generally very untidy and tired. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star rating it simply is not !!!! This is a 3 star hotel that is massively overpriced. The manager lied to me about a booking and the owner backed her up, I ended up paying twice for 1 night and to add insult to injury the manager continued to call my room at 2.30am then sent someone to knock on the door at 2.40am just to take payment when I had already paid over £1000 and had agreed to sort out the issue in the morning. This behaviour is disgraceful, I can only imagine the hotel are point blank desperate to operate in this manner. 1 star I accept the desperation not 5 star !!!!!!!

We just checked out of this Hotel today and I can't recommend it highly enough to anybody who is holidaying in Bodrum.
It is only 1.5kms from the bustling town centre which was great for nightlife but far enough away to have nice quiet relaxing days by the pool.
The hotel itself is beautiful inside and outside and very well kept. The rooms are very spacious and bright with good air conditioning. The staff are all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
I would like to give Soner a special mention as he was always with a smile and very attentive, he looked after us very well even prempting what we wanted before we even had a chance to ask.
I would also like to mention the security men and women at the gate who are very friendly and diligent. Adem at the gate is a really nice guy who made us laugh alot, he was always interested in our adventures each day and he was great at recommending places to go. Overall we had a really nice time here. Its a 10/10 from me.

We stayed in this property on 5th & 6th October 2023.
Very chic place and it was so quite during our stay, not many guest around, so it felt like we have the entire hotel to us.
I heard that it becomes much more busy summer holiday. However, it is around 90 rooms, so you will still have an amazing stay without feeling over crowded.
The food 5/5, the facilities 5/5, the staff 5/5, the room 5/5 and overall stay was top notch.
Now there is something I was not impressed with and I would like the lovely lady General Manager to perhaps try to do something about it: the staff is amazing, friendly and they go above and beyond their way to help you and assist you with any requests.
Naturally, you feel like rewarding them with a tip or gratuity. Having said that, nowdays many people don’t use cash in hand but pay everything with a card instead. In this instance we did have cash that we forgot to exchange at the airport, we tried to do this in reception and we were told that they were not allowed to do that.
Then we asked if we could have a cash advance from our room account with the card left in the system as guaranteed, still same answer that they were not allowed.
Finally, we also tried when paying for drinks or signing any bill for whatever we were consuming to include in that bill a gratuity for the staff assisting us at that specific moment (this is a common practice in any other hotels in the world to do and it is even encourage to write the amount of tip on each bill) so you don’t need to carry cash but still happy to reward good service, again we were told that they are not allowed?
The staff works really hard and we are happy to reward them when there is great service. However we could not found any possible way or alternative option to do it even though we tried to exchange money for their local currency.
We will definitely come back again to this property and hopefully there are more flexibility in this matter in the future.
