Important information:

The residence is located near to the exhibition park and the Toulouse Convention Center.

Please note that payment has to be done on arrival.

If you are arriving after the stated check-in times, please notify the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Breakfast must be reserved by 19:00 on the evening beforehand.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

Please note that only 1 pet per accommodations is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Un personnel tres tres sympathique. Mais des logis qui ont eu leur temps...
Pros:

La proximité de mon lieu de travail, et l'accueil très très chaleureux. La dame est vraiment extrêmement gentille et agréable.

Cons:

Malheureusement, les logements ne sont pas dams le meilleur état.
Les dégâts causés par les autres locataires, la gestion ne peut pas y faire grand chose, par contre les boules de vheveux sous le lit et le nettoyage, laisse a désirer.
Mon plus gros problème etait le raffut que l'aspiration fait. Portes em bas fermees, ce nruit diminue, mais il reste enorme et dérangeant. C'est bien dommage.
Petit conseil, ajouter un torchon pour la vaisselle dams le kit de menage, et la tv serait plus a sa place dans la chambre ☺️.

Cons:

Certaines installations et mobiliers sont vieillissant. Il manque d'équipement dans les cuisines. Bouilloire et cafetières.possible en prêt à l'accueil.

Cons:

Appartement. Vétuste quelques rafraîchissements. Avoir au niveau peinture et matériau télé très mauvais emplacement.

Cons:

C’est un peu juste en matériel pour 4. Par ex il n’y avait que 3 chaises . Il faudrait une couette pour le canapé. La couverture est légère . Pas de réception ni d’aide le dimanche.

Le côté pratique de l'aménagement intérieur
Le cadre extérieur aussi

Cons:

Une ventilation assourdissante des toilettes qui empêche de s'endormir.
Le tissu du canapé très sale, ce n'est pas agréable du tout
Et on me prévient la veille qu'il n'y a pas la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner sur place ( salle fermée)
