Todo muy bien, para quienes buscan comodidad de tener todo cerca caminando.
Pros:

Me encantó lo céntrico, todo está a la mano.

Si lo recomiendo si gustas pasar una estancia corta y tener todas las facilidades de la playa a unos pocos minutos.

La cercanía al malecón, la limpieza, la amabilidad de los de restaurante

Cons:

No sirvió el teléfono de mi habitación lo reporte y nunca lo repararon solo se lo llevaron y no tuve forma de pedir room service . Las señoritas de recepción muy amables, llegue antes del check-in y una de ellas me iba a hacer el favor de darme habitación pero el tipo que estaba con ella no le permitió, pase 4 horas en el sol gracias a ese tipo.

Pros:

The staff were amazing and helpful. Everything was super clean, and the location is perfectly central for walking around exploring.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that around the pool there was no lounging area for sunning yourself

overall, the area of the Malecon is nice to stay

Cons:

very loud. No refrigerator in room despite many open rooms that were available that had one. WE asked for one of those but were told we had "promotional rate" so could not have one. We lost over $500 in our room or outside on a couch and the staff was of no help to us. The played us a video of the area outside of our room that was not helpful. In fact, we sat outside our room for over an hour and this did not show up on their video. I hope that someone who really needed that money made good use of it. Don't stay there if you care about your belongings.

These people are miserable people that denied me a room and put me out on the street
Pros:

They denied my state because I have a service dog. They said they had a weight limit of service dogs. They went against Mexico‘s service dog laws along with Puerto Vallarta service dog laws. He left me stranded. I lost $200 to a cab driver that took me to an old hotel in Puerto Vallarta. They did give me my money back. But that doesn’t excuse what they did to me.

Cons:

The property broke laws that protect people with service dogs. I recommend not going there because they have fake pet policies too. These people aren’t interested in hospitality. They’re not even interested in laws in Mexico.

We'll be back!
Pros:

Very basic, but had all the esential amenities. Helpful, friendly staff in the hotel itself and in the restaurant (which offered good food and beverages). Loved that there was a little library available and the pool was very fresh and clean (not full of chemicals!) Loved being 1/2 block from the Malecon, right in between Centro and Zona Romantica, and 1 block from the entrance to La Isla Cual.

Cons:

The only surprise was the cool temperature of the pool, but once in, it was very pleasant and refreshing!

Overall good value… the kitchen could have a toaster plus a few more cooking utensils
